Stu was sent to my home for service. This could be an incredibly long review because of the amazing service I received. I’ll simply say Stu was about as top notch as they come. I have a larger shed with an overhead door. There is no additional access. The power to the opener failed so the door was stuck 98% closed. Stu was able to grab the emergency release THROUGH A VERY SMALL CRACK and release the door. Unreal. Got the power taken care of and back in business. I GUARANTEE I will be buying my next door from them and my sisters and neighbors as well! Took a pain in my a$$ and made it actually fun and pleasant. CALL PRECISION DOOR!!

Kurt, the technician, called ahead since he was running early. He was professional, friendly, personable, and let me know my options. Also, Kurt made sure that I didn’t have any other questions about my newly installed bottom of the garage door black seal or the garage door itself. He didn’t seem rushed, and I would work with him again.

My garage large door's opener's time had come to an end and we needed prompt service to have it replaced as the car was stuck in the garage. We got prompt phone service and next day Derrick came over, gave a clear overview of what needed to be done and what could be skipped and not only replaced the opener with a new LiftMaster model that is very quiet in less than 3 hours, but also checked and tightened the other driver on the smaller garage door free of charge.
