Joe is the best! If I could give this man a salary raise, I would; no question! He’s knowledgeable and accessible plus he teaches as he works, which is a lost quality. Hoping his team follows his lead and gets us our new door and opener soon.

My garage large door's opener's time had come to an end and we needed prompt service to have it replaced as the car was stuck in the garage. We got prompt phone service and next day Derrick came over, gave a clear overview of what needed to be done and what could be skipped and not only replaced the opener with a new LiftMaster model that is very quiet in less than 3 hours, but also checked and tightened the other driver on the smaller garage door free of charge. Precision Garage are true professionals and I will call them again with any of my garage needs. Highly recommended. Thank you for your help!
