I chose Precision because I have had them do work for me before. Quality work was done quickly and to my satisfaction. The installer was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I look forward to havingt Precision do work for me in the near future. I have a new home now and Precision came down to my home in Kenosha to give me an estimate for them to replace my garage door. Stu (the estimator) was very informative and helpful in (again) answering all my wife's and my questions and concerns.

Very courteous, both the person that answered the phone and the tech that did the work. Work was done very well and quickly. Also, they communicated with me! Got an email confirmation after setting the appointment, got a reminder email the day before the appointment and the tech called when he was driving to my house. Excellent experience.

Brian cam early after calling. He fixed the door and pointed a broken spring. He was fair in allowing the use of a website coupon that was on the phone order. He explained how to maintain the door. He allowed me time to check his work througuhly. He was very polite and efficient. They fixed the door after I called them at 9:30p.m. at night. He was honest about what would happen if the springs were not fixed. Great job, 5 five start rating for promptness, honesty, efficeincy, good cleanup after the job, and patience,.

Great experience with service technician who called before he came out and did an excellent job replacing cheap garage door parts that were damaged. The tech knew exactly what the problem was, had all of the necessary replacement parts, and did the job correctly in only 2 hours. Would I use Precision in the future? Absolutely.

I live in a beautiful house on the east side and I have very old, very heavy garage doors that I love. A big old spring snapped, and Stu arrived within 2 hours to not only fix it, but make it safer. So pleased, that I am having him upgrade my other two doors. Stu was very pleasant, explained the issues well, and the best most efficient way to address. Highly recommend Stu!!

The person I had was amazing. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and had my best interests in mind. While I wasn’t able at this time to fix my garage, I can now take steps to make sure the electrical outlets are all working proper to make sure when they come back and do the install, it can’t void the warranty. They put me first as a customer, I would recommend them to anyone who has garage issues.

We called Precision Door Service in the morning and they were at our house within 21/2 hours to repair our garage door. Rick, our technician was awesome. He explained everything to us and told us everything that he was doing. Brandon Washington was a fantastic installation tech. He was prompt, provided clear, specific and proactive communication and went above and beyond to make sure our garage door was installed correctly and safely. He was professional and left the site clean and tidy. We had a particularly tough situation as our old, heavy door had come off the hinges and another company left it collapsed and inside out. Brandon immediately assessed the situation and figured out what he had to do in order to get the job done with a positive attitude. I would request him again and would recommend Precision Door to others.
