Kurt, the technician, called ahead since he was running early. He was professional, friendly, personable, and let me know my options. Also, Kurt made sure that I didn’t have any other questions about my newly installed bottom of the garage door black seal or the garage door itself. He didn’t seem rushed, and I would work with him again.

After no response to my email all it took was a call for an estimate. The technician (Derek) was there in an hour. 20 minute evaluation and an estimate. He was thorough and explained the option and we figured out what I needed. Now I will see how it compares to the competition.

My garage large door's opener's time had come to an end and we needed prompt service to have it replaced as the car was stuck in the garage. We got prompt phone service and next day Derrick came over, gave a clear overview of what needed to be done and what could be skipped and not only replaced the opener with a new LiftMaster model that is very quiet in less than 3 hours, but also checked and tightened the other driver on the smaller garage door free of charge. Precision Garage are true professionals and I will call them again with any of my garage needs. Highly recommended. Thank you for your help!
