Our garage door stopped working with our cars outside of garage. We called Precision and they came out the same day. Joe diagnosed it was the belt drive. We had a new Garage Door Opener in 2 hours. A nice quiet one with wifi. Our old Garage opener installed by Precision was closing in on 15 years old. Now our cars can be 4 houses away and opens with a press of a button. Thanks Precision!

I’m very happy with new opener and the WiFi option plus the outside keypad. Estimator did a great job reviewing my situation and gave me options. Quality of work 5stars and fitting me in quickly 5stars. There was a late change in the actual contractor on the day of the work (happens) and he arrived later than expected. But he still got everything completed before my return home. They billed me in two installments which gave me a week to go over the new work (if there were any issues). There were none. Installer then came by later to go over any final questions before sending me final invoice.

Had a coupon in a local Madison flyer. Had your guy here on 4/29 and he did an estimate which came in at over $1,400 and I couldn’t believe that! The next quote was over $1,000 and I said no way, I’m going to have to get other companies in here for estimates. Then the figure came down to $839.00 after discount coupon. On Sunday, May 2, we now have a pronounced squeaking/squealing when opening and closing our garage door! We expect that for over $800.00 we will have a smoothly running door. Joe was very efficient and knowledgeable. Because of the brand of door that I had, he wasn't able to fix my problem long term without a larger investment on my part. When you wait on hold the sales song playing in background is annoying as can be, makes you want to hang up just to get rid of the song. Web site does not have contact email? I still need a lien waiver from the company so I can sell my house in the near future?

I entered my request for a quote through BBB. One of your employees called and immediately wanted to schedule the service. I had to stop her and tell her I wanted an estimate for replacing my 2 torsion springs, she then quoted $189.00. You can imaging my shock when I talked to my wife before coming home from work and hearing the bill was $699.95. My wife said the tech was very nice and I'm sure he did quality work, but the price difference is quite shocking. I believe your company may need to slow down and read the emails more carefully and reply to them as asked. Also if the person calling doesn't know all the info, than maybe take the time talk to a service or sales manager to be accurate.

Stu was sent to my home for service. This could be an incredibly long review because of the amazing service I received. I’ll simply say Stu was about as top notch as they come. I have a larger shed with an overhead door. There is no additional access. The power to the opener failed so the door was stuck 98% closed. Stu was able to grab the emergency release THROUGH A VERY SMALL CRACK and release the door. Unreal. Got the power taken care of and back in business. I GUARANTEE I will be buying my next door from them and my sisters and neighbors as well! Took a pain in my a$$ and made it actually fun and pleasant. CALL PRECISION DOOR!!
