Just getting quotes on a replacement garage door. Scott came and was very professional. He was vocal on what he was looking for and taking pictures of to get a better understanding of what would be needed. He had recommendations on what would be in my best interest. He was quite knowledgeable of the products Precision Door carries and even the competitors. The quote he gave was precise and every step was spelled out. No pressure sales. I was surprised they came so quickly after talking to them the day before. Kurt the technician called me when he was a half hour away. What kind of scam is this....I stood right in front of the garage door when he was finished and asked if the rollers were OK and he said they were. Now on invoice it states they should be replaced. More money to spend to scare us into spending more money? Did really appreciate the fast service however.l

Hi Brian, When your service guy showed up I told him the whole garage wasn't worth what a door would cost. All I wanted was two cables and to fix a broken spring. The only thing I can think of when he said $800 to a $1000 dollars he didn't want to do the job and saw a fast $90 service charge . Had it fixed the next day and cost $175. I had a major problem with my door on a Saturday. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I called Precision and within 3 1/2 hours the technician was standing in my garage. Jake was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a garage door problem . It's no fun having your car trapped in your garage!

Just shy of one year with my new door. Everything is excellent regarding fit and operation. Frank and Joe did an exceptional job on an extremely hot and humid day. Since then, I had to have Joe readjust my closing sensors. Joe showed me what to watch for and how to adjust the sensors so they are in alignment. Took 15 minutes to adjust and show me what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again.
