Derrick arrived much sooner than had been offered. He was very professional and did an outstanding job explaining my issue and what needed to be corrected. He also pointed out some other possible trouble areas and gave me a precise breakdown on costs. He was very honest about what needed to be done now and what could be done at a later date. I decided to have a number of things corrected in hope of heading off future problems.

Great experience. Called at 8 A.M and service tech was at my house within an hour. Was very courteous and informative. Basically rebuilt my garage door. Replaced broken Torsion Spring, both pulleys, cables and all of the rollers with bearings. Greased and adjusted everything so all panels were were where they should be. Done!!! Sounds like a brand new door going up and down. Highly recommend this company. Would not hesitate to have them back again.

I started having issues with my opener that I knew was pushing 20 years old. I suspected that I needed a new one. Technician Derrick Bozeman was sent to address my issues. Upon arrival, Derrick listened to me explain the issues while performing a thorough examination of the entire system. We agreed that a new opener was needed. Derrick proceeded to give me an estimate and I authorized replacement. It was very apparent that Derrick was very capable and definitely very knowledgeable about door systems. He performed the install and everything worked wonderful. Before he left, he made sure that all my questions were answered and all of my concerns addressed. He then assured me that if I had any questions or concerns, I could just give them a call and he would be back to take care of it. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need such as a door adjustment or anything else to "pad" the price. The integrity of a worker speaks volumes to the integrity of the company. I feel good about doing business with Precision and I am extremely please with the new system. With employees like Derrick I will not call any other company for my overhead door needs. They really did exceed my expectations! Thank you for a great customer experience!

I've been meaning to get my garage door fixed for many years and saw Precision Doors ad in a monthly coupon magazine. I called them to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. The employee showed up earlier than the appointment time (which was fine) and got right to work. He showed me what was wrong, did a quick estimate and I approved him to do the work. Since it was a repair it was done quickly and efficiently. The employee was kind and respectful.

We are closing on our house in 3 days. When something wasn’t working right with our garage door not closing, I freaked out. The man who installed the garage door opener was very polite and efficient. There were only two prices of openers within $75 of each other at the high end range near $900. When I spoke to the manager about the price, he said he had made a mistake and gave me a $100 discount. A different company had the same opener for $650. Do your research before getting work done.
