Our technician, Derrick, was timely, pleasant, courteous and professional. He spent time looking at our garage door and providing information and recommendations in a clear, understandable way. He explained all the prices and options. He made recommendations, but without any pressure and worked quickly and efficiently. When he was finished, he took us to review the job and show us everything he had done. He also explained the warranty and how he could be reached if we had any problems. My husband and I were both very impressed with him and his service and could recommend this service wholeheartedly. Thank you.

Just getting quotes on a replacement garage door. Scott came and was very professional. He was vocal on what he was looking for and taking pictures of to get a better understanding of what would be needed. He had recommendations on what would be in my best interest. What kind of scam is this....I stood right in front of the garage door when he was finished and asked if the rollers were OK and he said they were. Now on invoice it states they should be replaced. More money to spend to scare us into spending more money? Did really appreciate the fast service however.l

Hi Brian, When your service guy showed up I told him the whole garage wasn't worth what a door would cost. All I wanted was two cables and to fix a broken spring. The only thing I can think of when he said $800 to a $1000 dollars he didn't want to do the job and saw a fast $90 service charge . Had it fixed the next day and cost $175.
