One of my garage springs broke on the week-end. The service man, Derek, arrived at my home two hours after my call in. Derek was the three Ps, precise, professional and polite. He walked me through the things that needed replacement and had a quote for me in 10 minutes. He completed the installation of two new springs, 3 new bearings in the spools, new cables, new bottom cable attachment hardware, and balanced the door in about 1 1/2 hours. This was exceptional service and thoroughness. I highly recommend Precision for servicing and/or replacing your garage spring system. If there were a rating higher than five stars I would give it.

From the moment we called on a Saturday afternoon and spoke with a live person regarding our issues, we were given prompt and courteous service. They set us up for immediate service for Sunday morning. Our technician from Precision Garage Door of Wisconsin was the best. He contacted us prior to his arrival to give us an ETA. I called on Friday and technician Derrick was at our house Sat at 9AM. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival. My garage door was not broken so it was not an emergency. I just wanted a quiet opener. Derrick did an inspection snd advised of some maintenance that should be done on the door at some point. We asked him to do it while he was here. After opener was installed he explained and showed me all the features. He was here less than two hours. I am very happy with my new, quiet opener and must say that Derrick is a very friendly, polite, and capable technician. All this for a reasonable price. Thank you.

Kurt was very helpful--gave us all the info on our garage door we needed to make decisions. I know companies have to make a profit, but I wish you could reconsider the price of installation for the garage door opener--$250 is a bit steep.....

When the technician gave me the estimate to repair my garage door, I was surprise by the amount. After paying the bill and I received the receipt by e-mail, I became aware of the fact it was the "Best" estimate and there was also a "Better" and Good" estimate, which I was never made aware of before the work began. I would have liked to have know this and to have discussed these options with the technician. Beyond that the technician was always respectful and answered all my questions. As best as I could tell the work quality was very good.

I've just moved back to Milwaukee and was very concerned about a 47 year old iffy garage door opening system. Sears brand, by the way (that' s a bit of a wow durable product). I contacted Precision based on a quick Google search. A very professional and swift reply occurred to where I could get same day estimate and all work done. Not bad. Service tech was very fine and a fine communicator, also in terms of his ETA. I was given three levels of equipment features and a reasonable price for my selection. When I discovered the price included not only the machine but the rails and a long overdue safety upgrade, I believe the price was very fine and the service was beyond my expectation. I highly recommend the company and the service tech Eric N. I've been in Retail and the Restaurant businesses for a very long time. I was super pleased with Precision Door of Madison. Customer service was great in answering my questions and scheduling was no problem. Kurt Schneider was my tech and I will for sure ask for him whenever I need service again. He called before he arrived and was here at 8 am sharp. He looked it all over and then gave me his evaluation and what it would cost. His evaluation went from the absolute basic minimum to additional service he would recommend to various degrees based on cost and urgency. He repeatedly asked if I had questions and reviewed what he was doing and why. He also wore a mask as we have a new granddaughter and I am concerned. Early Monday morning, October 4th, I was attempting to leave for a workout class when our garage door broke. At the workout class Maria asked how it was going. I responded that our garage door broke, so it wasn't a great start to the day. Without hesitation Maria recommended Precision. She shared Scott's contact information with me. By the time I left a message with Scott, Maria had already texted Scott concerning our situation. Scott left me a message and immediately answered when I called back. Without even knowing all the details of our garage door situation, Scott put us on the schedule to send a service technician out the same day! Jacob came exactly at 4pm, the beginning of the scheduled service window. Jacob was very thorough when inspecting the problem. He came up with an estimate before he started work, and gave us three options to fix the door. Jacob worked on our garage door from 4pm to 7:30pm. Jacob never complained, and never said that there was something he couldn't or wouldn't do. He recommended a new opener with outstanding features, and talked me through the blue tooth set up on my phone. Scott and Jacob are examples of providing outstanding customer service. I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door assistance!

Precision Garage Door did meet our expectations. Our problem is solved, most certainly. The high BBB rating did figure into our choosing Precision. Derrick, the technician serving our door, fully explained the extent of the problems with our very old door opener and gave us shorter term (less expensive) and longer term options. He was prompt, friendly, knew his business and how to address our situation, and efficiently installed our new door opener. Next time I call Precision, I shall ask for Derrick.

Super fast service. We called Saturday and a technician was out Sunday. He found a few additional issues and was able to solve them with the tools on the truck. We got a new opener and 2 door tune ups for the house. The new belt drive is so quiet! A+ service!

Came home Saturday afternoon to find our garage door wouldn’t open. Called Precision Door and was given an appointment between 8AM and noon Sunday. Colin called at 8:03 and was here within 10 minutes. He inspected the door and said we had a broken spring. He gave us two options for repair. By 9:15 he had it repaired and went through everything with us. I’ve used Precision in the past and have always been very happy with them and the level of professionalism the techs have.
