A cable broke when closing the door leaving for work in the morning. Call Precision Door as soon as I got into work (they have done work for us in the past). They were able to come out that same day (evening appt.) and replaced a few parts - fixed the problem. Kurt was very friendly and knowledgeable. A big relief - since this happened the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you.

Our garage door was replaced with a new one today, and we are pleased we decided to use this company because of the excellence of the products and the professionalism of the technicians. Our old garage door had to be disassembled and removed, and the new one was installed along with a new motor, keypad, and controls. The men were fast, efficient, and thorough, and they left the area cleaner than it looked when they arrived! I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Excellent service. They called first and came earlier than scheduled. It was tricky trying to diagnose the problem, but they were able to get my garage door opener to work. I am happy with their service and kind manner.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Door. I was able to receive an appointment time that worked with my work schedule and the technician, Steve Gatson kept me up to date on arrival time. He was very polite and thoroughly assessed the situation to determine what the problem was. He explained what he was going to do and why. He ended up replacing both springs, the bearing plates, safety eyes and wiring. He was very professional and efficient. I will definitely recommend Precision Door. Thank you.

Stu came out today and fixed our door guide. Thank you for the great service. It is always a pleasure to do business with people who understand that their real business is service not the products. It is getting harder and harder to find people committed to providing quality service like Stu. I spent more than forty years as a consulting engineer and our product was not documents for bidding but service to our clients. What made my job fun was helping our clients solve their issues related to wastewater treatment and conveyance.
