In short, nothing short of excellent service. I had never heard of this business until my garage door work and then found out it is a franchised chain. A bracket holding together the panels cracked and ripped though. This cause half the door to come down all cattywampus and it got stuck good. I couldn't budget it nor to much of anything else with it. These guys came out within a day and after about 4 hours and some new parts (bracket, cables, etc.) my garage door worked better than it ever has. It is now a fine tuned machine.

I called on Wednesday of this week and had an appointment locked in right away for Friday. Our technician called promptly at 8, as promised, and gave an ETA of 30 minutes. He was right on time. Smart and courteous! Jacob was done by noon, presented a very reasonable bill considering the amount of work to be done. We are extremely pleased with Precision Doors and will call again when we have garage door needs.

I am sorry I didn't take care of this sooner. We needed someone to service our two garage doors. It was at least five years ago that we had someone service our garage doors. I would give your technician an A plus for the work he did and for his explanations of the benefits from the work he did. I would definitely ask him and your company to do that work again.

The young man who came to my house called ahead as he said he would when we made the appointment. We were told the appointment would be in the 8-12 window, and he called about 8:15. I am so happy with my new garage door and instillation. I chose Precision Garage Doors from an add that stated I could buy the door, and instillation from Precision, which gives me a warranty. The Door is the perfect color, without painting. And most of all, it runs so quite. And it's weather strong, I have no concerns that I will have rain or snow in my garage again. One of my garage springs broke on the week-end. The service man, Derek, arrived at my home two hours after my call in. Derek was the three Ps, precise, professional and polite. He walked me through the things that needed replacement and had a quote for me in 10 minutes. He completed the installation of two new springs, 3 new bearings in the spools, new cables, new bottom cable attachment hardware, and balanced the door in about 1 1/2 hours. This was exceptional service and thoroughness. I highly recommend Precision for servicing and/or replacing your garage spring system. If there were a rating higher than five stars I would give it.
