I selected Precision from the phone book as just a random selection but I was surprised to have your office say that they would take care of my problem within several hours. Your repair person came to my house within an hour and completed the repair in less than an hour. Your man was knowledgeable, fast, efficient and courteous. If I ever again have door or opener problems I will call PRECISION and I will recommend you to my friends.

Our garage door died on the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. We called on Monday morning and the repair was done before noon. Joe, the technician called to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. He arrived just as he said he would. He quickly diagnosed the situation and we were back in business before noon. We couldn't be happier. Should we need garage door repair in the future, We'll call Precision first.

Phone reps were very professional and helpful to answer my questions. Jake the tech was very professional and got the job done right! However, beware of pricing and knowing upfront what they're charging as it got a little skewed in the end as far as total, using coupons and the work that was actually performed etc. There was no maintenance done as charged for. In checking around with other Garage Door Servicing companies i realized that Precision is way higher priced than others. For example charging $20 per roller replacement vs. $5-$10, twice as much for a keypad, labor etc.

I found Precision Door Service via the internet and what attracted me was the stellar reviews. I want to add mine that to my list. My tech's name is Collin and he was FANTASTIC! Very pleasant, explained my options, and got right to work. I am so pleased with the service! He also told me there is a one-year warranty so that makes me even happier. I would very highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

All done for a very reasonable price. Thank you

In short, nothing short of excellent service. I had never heard of this business until my garage door work and then found out it is a franchised chain. A bracket holding together the panels cracked and ripped though. This cause half the door to come down all cattywampus and it got stuck good. I couldn't budget it nor to much of anything else with it. These guys came out within a day and after about 4 hours and some new parts (bracket, cables, etc.) my garage door worked better than it ever has. It is now a fine tuned machine.

I called on Wednesday of this week and had an appointment locked in right away for Friday. Our technician called promptly at 8, as promised, and gave an ETA of 30 minutes. He was right on time. Smart and courteous! Jacob was done by noon, presented a very reasonable bill considering the amount of work to be done. We are extremely pleased with Precision Doors and will call again when we have garage door needs.

I was impressed with Stu's installation competence and that the springs need to be matched with the weight of the door. The door clearly travels much smoother than under the old system. I learned of your company through the Washington County Yellow Pages.
