I had a major problem with my door on a Saturday. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I called Precision and within 3 1/2 hours the technician was standing in my garage. Jake was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a garage door problem . It's no fun having your car trapped in your garage!

Kurt was courteous and well spoken. Amanda answered my service call, again professional and ready to serve. I called for your service as I liked the idea of no service call when work would be done at the first visit. The advertisement was a coupon offer in the mail. Just shy of one year with my new door. Everything is excellent regarding fit and operation. Frank and Joe did an exceptional job on an extremely hot and humid day. Since then, I had to have Joe readjust my closing sensors. Joe showed me what to watch for and how to adjust the sensors so they are in alignment. Took 15 minutes to adjust and show me what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. I chose Precision based on the recommendation of my brother-in-law. I got good, fast service from a very good technician but there is some serious price gouging going on here. Precision appears to be the "California Closets" of the garage door world in this regard. In other words, while I expected to, and was willing to pay a higher than normal premium for fast and good repair service I did not expect to get charged such obscene prices. Total parts: Main torsion spring for $190, center bearing for $70, cable drums (x2) at $70 each, ~15' of steel cable for $110, and 10 rollers at $22.59 each = $750 total bill. Outrageous markup on parts. The total repair was done in less than 1 hour. Spend the profits well. You won't be seeing any more from me. One other thing. Please stop saying same-day emergency service on your website until you are actually able to do that. I had to wait two days.

The technician solved my problem. He showed me a print out of what was wrong and discussed it with me. He was very courteous, respectful and professional. Very knowledgeable. I like that he called to let me know what time he would be arriving. You should add another star for Superb, because he was superb. Please let the technician know.

tech was prompt, alerted me 30" ahead of arrival. I'd already done some repairs so I did not need much, but tech assessed potential problems and performed maintenance quickly. Only reason 4 stars is the remote they provided was overpriced, but was my choice to take it. Also, on the phone I was told there was no cost to have tech do assessment but afterwards was charged 50$ for diagnostic. I like to support local businesses so would use again.

Very professional. I made Kurt aware of a new issue brought to my attention by my brother-in-law and had the potential to be very dangerous if not corrected. Kurt checked over entire set up on both garage doors, let me know what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Had everything fixed and back in good working order in under an hour. Very satisifed.
