Door failed on late Saturday afternoon. They scheduled appt. for Sunday Morning. Fast, professional and thorough. Third time we have called on Precision. Our experience from the first has been very positive. Would not even think of calling someone else.

From beginning to end, our experience was a prime example of how to take care of your customer. Cameron was helpful during our initial call and Adam was a great technician. He took time to explain the problem, what he would check for on his inspection and what was needed to replace and what he recommended to replace. His workmanship was great and the entire service call was done in less than an hour and a half. At the end he went through how to do quarterly maintenance. We are very pleased with our entire experience and we highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Wisconsin without hesitation. Thank You so much!

Precision Garage stood up to their warranty when we found out our spring broke. They replaced the cables and lived the garage. Rick temporarily repaired a broken coil on my 40+ year old door and got it operational. This fix got us through weeks of the holiday season without issue & hassle. The repair was free with the order of a new 2" R18 insulated steel door that was competitively priced. Karen was friendly and accommodating with scheduling the install. Tyler and Charlie show up, again ON TIME, just as scheduled, and again with a prior courtesy call. They also arrived with smiles, great attitudes, and new, not ragged-out tools/equipment to install the new door. Comfortable crew and I was able to work through the install without needing to burn any vacation. The whole job from tear out to install was only about 2.5hrs. The garage door opener was adjusted for limits, safety sensors properly set, and everything was left lubed and fully operational. It's all about the people; good crew. Highly recommend and I am a picky person who thinks I can complete most mechanical and home-related tasks better on my own. Plus the whole ordeal forced me to clean my garage :)

Kurt did a great job inspecting our problem door opener and offering options for repair! We selected a new opener and he installed it quickly, even adding stronger brackets for support, as our 90's brackets were pretty wimpy. Great experience, and highly recommended!

Fast service. I called Precision at 9:45 am, the door was fixed by 1:45 pm the same day. Service person Steve knew his "stuff". Explained what needed to be done, and the price(s). All needed parts were on his truck. The door was fixed and he went through the pricing in detail, gave me an invoice and thanked me. JOB WELL DONE! :-)
