Your company was a pleasure to work with, and you solved my problem quickly (electrical issue with the garage door opener). I especially appreciate two things: (1) When I called, I got a firm appointment for two days hence. Eric (the workman) called beforehand and arrived on time. (2) Eric himself did a great job, and he took the time to explain the background issues as well as a workaround for me to use in the future. Eric is a very helpful, friendly and totally professional employee. Thanks!

When the repair guys come and completely ignore the home owner.... they left and the remote DID NOT work!!!! My brother who IS NOT the owner started talking with the repair guts and I was ignored!! You took out my garage light bulb and did not replace it!! Why would some one leave an empty light socket in the garage??? I was getting another bulb. I was then told to just make out a check. You took the check before the job was finished and drove off!!

After being no showed by a repair shop in the neighborhood I called Precision and got a same day appointment on a Saturday! The representative who answered the call was courteous and professional scheduling and confirming everything including my "Covid comfort level" and if the tech was available earlier if they could come earlier. The technician called and said he was available early and confirmed that he could come. Michael came examined the door and determined the spring had broken. He gave a thorough estimate and explanation giving me 3 options. Within about an hour he had completed the repair and cleaned up. Fantastic service, much appreciated.

Your technician was excellent, as is the garage door opener. The service was prompt and accommodating. My only complaint was was the actual cost was almost $500.00 higher than the quote I received on the phone. I realize that it is impossible to give a 100% accurate quote over the phone, but twice as much is an eye opener. The tech said that they were out of the particular model that was quoted. I am happy with the product, but have the haunting feeling that I paid too much

Due to an unexpected breakdown of our overhead garage door on Sunday as we were leaving for Church, we needed to find help fast so that we could get our cars out and secure our home, as the door would not open, We did manage to open it with the manual release but after closing it would not open again. This emergency prompted us to look for help fast and on a Sunday morning, we did not expect to have much success in doing so. Upon our return home I immediately checked the internet and found the website for Precision and low and behold they had a 24 hrs 7 day phone number I called and spoke to a very professional and helpful lady who got us set up right away for an earlier Monday morning repair I was amazed and thankful. I read the reviews for Precision and in doing so felt we made a wise choice, However experiencing their work in person would be the real judge and we can only say that after their service agent Collin Horsch contacted us to tell us what time he would be arriving as promised and the subsequent repair he completed for us we can only say that a 5-star rating of his company is well earned, he was professional and most helpful in explaining our options, he worked quickly and professionally to complete our repairs to our full satisfaction. So if you find yourself in need of this service we can highly recommend Precision Door Service, thank you Collin for a job well done!

Fast service and honest work! I’ve used precision door in the past for a fix and again today. I thought I needed a new door but my service guy fixed it and saved me a lot of money. When we are in need of a new door they will be the ones I call to replace. Thank you! We recommend to my family and friends.

02/08/22 Service was available quickly. The serviceman was friendly and well informed. All the parts needed for my repair were on the service truck, just as stated in the advertisement I saw on TV just hours after my garage door broke.

Service was very prompt and professional. They provided options, many which were not needed. I used them since it was a weekend and the party I typically use was not available. Pricing was about double what my typical provider charges.

We had a spring break on our garage door on a cold Saturday late afternoon. I called Precision at 3:30 and by 5pm that same day we had a tech here to assess and fix the problem. He was very courteous and offered options, explanations and help. The door was fixed faster than we imagined and we could again use our garage. We appreciate the wonderful service received from the first phone call to final repair.
