Our garage door spring broke last night and we called Overhead Garage Precision Door Service this morning and they were here early this afternoon. This is the second time we have used them and both times we have been very satisfied with the work performed. The technician was very professional, and we are pleased with the outcome.

The young man who repaired my garage door opener worked long and hard on old equipment. I believe he was frustrated with not being able to access wiring that was above ceiling tile. I appreciated his effort on a cold afternoon.

The chain on my garage door opener broke rendering my garage door inoperable. I called for service immediately, and Joe arrived within two hours, diagnosed and communicated the issue and options with me. He replaced the parts and had everything back in working order in about an hour. Joe was professional, courteous and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend him or the company for their immediate response and services, and would call them again in the future for maintenance and/or services.

Your company was a pleasure to work with, and you solved my problem quickly (electrical issue with the garage door opener). When the repair guys come and completely ignore the home owner.... they left and the remote DID NOT work!!!! My brother who IS NOT the owner started talking with the repair guts and I was ignored!! You took out my garage light bulb and did not replace it!! Why would some one leave an empty light socket in the garage??? I was getting another bulb. I was then told to just make out a check. You took the check before the job was finished and drove off!!

After being no showed by a repair shop in the neighborhood I called Precision and got a same day appointment on a Saturday! The representative who answered the call was courteous and professional scheduling and confirming everything including my "Covid comfort level" and if the tech was available earlier if they could come earlier. The technician called and said he was available early and confirmed that he could come. Michael came examined the door and determined the spring had broken. He gave a thorough estimate and explanation giving me 3 options. Within about an hour he had completed the repair and cleaned up. Fantastic service, much appreciated.

Your technician was excellent, as is the garage door opener. The service was prompt and accommodating. My only complaint was was the actual cost was almost $500.00 higher than the quote I received on the phone. I realize that it is impossible to give a 100% accurate quote over the phone, but twice as much is an eye opener. The tech said that they were out of the particular model that was quoted. I am happy with the product, but have the haunting feeling that I paid too much
