I couldn't have asked for a better service call. Jaden was professional and friendly. He explained the damage, the steps needed to repair the door and the cost. I would like to have Jaden finish my project if possible.

We reached out around 1 (which the chat system was VERY prompt in responding) in the afternoon and Jake Roszina was there about 2 hours later, which is within the time frame we were given. Jake was very knowledgeable about product and professional. Would highly recommend him in future services needed. Wasn't a pushy salesman. We needed the sensors replaced which was done very quickly. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Called at 7:00AM and Jake and Danner were there at 12:30PM the same day. The problem was explained thoroughly and the repair was completed. Friendly and professional.

Jaden did an inspection of the garage door system and gave me several options. A roller had broken, and I had to manually lift and open and close the door. At this time, I only had the rollers replaced, with the option of having other components replaced later when the weather was warmer. Jaden did an excellent job and hopefully he will be able to do the other repairs later.

I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Joseph Gaona, the technician who completed the repairs to my garage door. I was surprised that I could schedule an appointment on the day I called. Joe arrived when he said he would and gave me three options to choose from for the repairs. I did not feel pressured to choose the most expensive options, but rather the option that met my needs. The work was done in a timely fashion with explanations given for each repair. I would definitely use Precision Door Service again.

Hi: Contacted your company yesterday to see about getting my condo garage door checked (small one car door), and you were able to come out same day which was impressive. It was a pleasure to deal with the person I called to make the appt, and a pleasure to talk to the technician a couple of times. The big problem I had is with your pricing; $523.95 to put on a bottom seal (that was $195 alone), replace weatherstripping around door opening, and tighten up a wire down by the sensor that would cause the door to fail going down. And, this was the lowest price choice of 3; top one being over $900! So what started out as a very positve experience ended up badly with regard to pricing. I agreed to this just to get the door issues fixed. Did the bottom seal yesterday along with fixing the loose wire, and now waiting for the almont weatherstrip to come in. If you put yourself in my shoes as the Customer, would you think this is a fair price for that work? I did not. Thanks

Our garage door decided to be difficult and stop working early one very cold morning. Found PDS on Google and called them. Firstly talking to a polite and professional operator was a nice change and then to have two friendly and again professional Techs turn up within 2 hours, was a complete surprise. Can't recommend them enough.

Had some garage door opener issues. Jacob went over the ways to solve them and ultimately installed a new garage door opener. We are very satisfied with the work he did and will have him install another door opener in spring on a smaller door.

On one of the coldest days of the year the garage door (tension spring) decided to break. On referral from a friend I called Precision and was not disappointed. Called at noon and later the afternoon Pedro was here to fix the door. He explained everything and also what it would take to fix. He also explained the maintenance for a garage door ( had no clue that that was a thing) Good to know ! Roughly an hour later the job was done. Thank you Pedro for being so professional, respectful, courteous and most of all an awesome human. Thank you Marja

Technician did a good job installing new garage door springs and bearings. My only complaint is the price of the springs at $350 dollars apiece is a little too high. Thanks James Staska return customer

Colin, our service tech was on time, courteous, and fully explained everything very well. We ended up replacing the springs, rollers, and just about everything besides the garage door.

Kurt Schneider, our technician serviced us today. He put in a garage door opener. He was outstanding with the services that he provided for us, as well as his professional knowledge advising us of our needs for future services. My wife and I would recommend him highly to anyone who is in need of garage door services.

I cannot say enough about Pedro. He called for the courtesy call and I hung up and said to my spouse, "That guy is super nice and professional." When Pedro got here, he was extremely knowledge, and as I expected by his demeanor, professional, caring, and put quality into his work...not just the garage part, but he really cares about the customers. He worked very quickly and explained all of the new features our opener had, and we were ecstatic! Pedro went way above and beyond in making sure we were cared for and just had a presence about him that you knew you were in really good hands. I even told him he was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. If I ever have more garage door needs, I will be requesting him by name, and if I have to wait for him, I will. I will always recommend Precision because of the amazing service Pedro provided.

Jacob did a great job. Showed me the problem and talked me through why it was an issue. Professional and courteous. And, I like that you give me a Good, Better and Best option. Also, I appreciate walking through things after repair and giving advice on how to service/maintain. The only thing I can complain about is I feel like all the options were expensive. I did the minimal Good option and $1k seems like a lot for a couple of cables and springs (and requisite labor). I also think the trip charge should be rolled into bill if I elect to have you do the work like other business' do. I would definitely recommend, but due diligence on quotes I guess.

I called Precision when one of springs broke on one of our garage doors. I spoke with a very friendly lady who scheduled someone to come out and look at it the same day. Eric, one of their technicians, came out to assess the problem and give us a quote. We decided since the doors are almost 19 years old and one of them was cracked to move forward with temporarily fixing the spring and replacing them. Eric was great and was able to fix the spring that day. He was detailed, professional and a pleasure to work with. We’re looking forward to working with Precious on the installation of our new doors when they come in. Kudos to Eric and the Precious team.

When our door broke, we looked up to find a repair company and yours was the one we chose! Got an appointment very quickly, and took it. The day of the appointment Kurt even called before and said he could come earlier...however, we couldn't. I called him when I got home and he showed up at the time he said he would be there. I was so impressed by the fact that it did not take long at all and it was finished! He did a wonderful job and we are very happy with the work he performed. We would recommend your company to anyone needing service on their garage door.
