Our garage door broke on a Saturday night, trapping our cars inside. I was a little worried about being able to find someone to fix the door on a Sunday (and without costing an arm and a leg), and pretty much picked the first highly rated listing that came up in a Google search for "garage door repair near me." The response was quick, the technician who came out (Colin Horsch) was friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave us several options. The work was completed quickly at a reasonable cost, and the door now works great. We're very satisfied and would recommend Precision readily! Thank you!

Service was here within a couple hours on a Saturday. Jake was very professional and very well mannered. He tried the least expensive option first but I had a very old opener and just needed a new one. The service was honest and swift.

Jaden came out, 15 minutes before his appointment window had started. We had a friendly conversation, told him what happened and my concerns, he fixed it VERY fast and even gave some tips for maintaining my garage door. I can't recommend this company or Jaden enough. If you need help and need it fast, this is your company!

We had Matt come to our house to fix our garage door springs. Matt took the time to analyze our problems and make suggestions. After agreeing what needed to be done, Matt got to work and finished the job in a short amount of time. Once he was done he took the time to review everything he had done and talked about some things I could do in the future to keep things running smoothly. Matt was very nice and did a great job. Thanks Matt, Tom.

Matt was awesome…. His communication and ability to work independently around my schedule was appreciated. Although my repair cost was a bit of a sticker shock, all the parts replaced were definitely needed. Matt did a great job with the repair, explaining it, and getting it done in a timely fashion.

My family and I had an unfortunate mishap from the icy conditions on our driveway, needless to say we needed a new garage door. From the moment Todd entered our home and introduced himself, my wife and I knew we were in good hands. Todd was honest and very knowledgeable on the exact door we needed and didn’t try to persuade me to purchase things that were not needed. Your company should be very proud to have a guy like Todd on your team! Things get even better with your team!! NEXT DAY INSTALL!!! Was fast and efficient! Jesus was very professional and took the time to explain the whole process and at the end when it was all installed again went though all the proper care needed for the door! His work is neat, clean and very very efficient! Once again another guy to be very proud of that is representing your team! I really appreciate everything you both have done for my family!!! Thank you so much! In the future I will spread the word and let others know about your amazing services!

Broken spring on 2/21/23 - day before major storm. Made internet request thru www.reliablegaragedoorpros.com. Had a response received within 15 minutes from Precision Garage Door Service. Made appointment for next afternoon. Received a call from technician Matt about 10:00am next morning and could be to my house in 15 minutes. Matt spent about 20 minutes inspecting the entire system for other potential concerns. He explained everything to me in understandable detail and what my cost would be. I gave him the go ahead and he completed all work in a timely manner. Matt was very professional in his communication and his work. Left me with a great impression. Thanks for the quick and reliable service.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled an appointment to have the service performed in less than 24 hours' time. Our service technician, Matthew, phoned ahead and arrived on time. He went out of his way to explain to our satisfaction what he would be doing to effect repairs and why. We couldn't have asked for a better technician and quality service. We will reach out to Precision Garage Door for future garage door needs.

Jaden called to arrange an earlier start time than our original appointment. He then arrived promptly at the new time. He evaluated our electric garage door opener and diagnosed the problem we were having. He explained the problem thoroughly. He offered three levels of service with differing components and prices. He was able to fix the opener , including replacement of several parts within ten minutes. The service we received was timely, well explained and thorough. Jaden's demeanor was pleasant and professional as well.

Jaden was super knowledgeable, helpful, and honest. While this ended up being a bigger job than expected, I felt confident that he knew what he was talking about and was not trying to oversell. He was honest when things were functioning well and didn’t need replacing and was frank about things that were not safe/functional.

My Service Tech was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and got the work done in a very timely manner. He explained what was wrong with my garage door, parts that needed to be replaced and how long it would take to complete. He told me the cost of the repair. If I ever had to have a service tech back again I would ask for the individual who came today. I would definitely give him a 5 star rating.

I have used Precision twice and their response time is tremendous. They get to your house within hours of calling in a problem. Had them replace a malfunctioning garage door opener last year, and then recently to repair a cable that snapped and caused the door to lock up in the track. The technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough. They also alert you to any issues that may help you prevent problems in the future. Highly recommend their service.
