What kind of scam is this....I stood right in front of the garage door when he was finished and asked if the rollers were OK and he said they were. Now on invoice it states they should be replaced. More money to spend to scare us into spending more money? Did really appreciate the fast service however.l

Hi Brian, When your service guy showed up I told him the whole garage wasn't worth what a door would cost. All I wanted was two cables and to fix a broken spring. The only thing I can think of when he said $800 to a $1000 dollars he didn't want to do the job and saw a fast $90 service charge . Had it fixed the next day and cost $175. So happy with the outstanding service we received this afternoon! We had a garage door issue due to our kids blocking the door with toys. Repair was lightening fast, friendly, and efficient. Precision Door Service came out in the same day to repair my garage door that wouldn't open. Kurt Schneider was the repair tech that fixed my problem. I had a major problem with my door on a Saturday. I thought I'd have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. I called Precision and within 3 1/2 hours the technician was standing in my garage. Jake was professional and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and was great. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with a garage door problem . It's no fun having your car trapped in your garage!

Kurt Schneider represented Precision well with his knowledge of the work to be done, his evaluation of future service needs and his offer to explain the use of lubricant to maintain the garage door. Kurt was courteous and well spoken. Amanda answered my service call, again professional and ready to serve. I called for your service as I liked the idea of no service call when work would be done at the first visit. The advertisement was a coupon offer in the mail. Just shy of one year with my new door. Everything is excellent regarding fit and operation. Frank and Joe did an exceptional job on an extremely hot and humid day. Since then, I had to have Joe readjust my closing sensors. Joe showed me what to watch for and how to adjust the sensors so they are in alignment. Took 15 minutes to adjust and show me what was wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. Frank, Joe, and Curt are an exceptional group of dedicated installers who strive to give you complete satisfaction. I highly recommend their services. Wayne

I was surprised they came so quickly after talking to them the day before. Kurt the technician called me when he was a half hour away. Kurt was a really professional technician, he looked what needed to be done explained everything . He completed the job quickly asked if anything else I needed. It was a good experience overall.
