My family and I had an unfortunate mishap from the icy conditions on our driveway, needless to say we needed a new garage door. Broken spring on 2/21/23 - day before major storm. Made internet request thru www.reliablegaragedoorpros.com. Had a response received within 15 minutes from Precision Garage Door Service. Made appointment for next afternoon. Received a call from technician Matt about 10:00am next morning and could be to my house in 15 minutes. Matt spent about 20 minutes inspecting the entire system for other potential concerns. He explained everything to me in understandable detail and what my cost would be. I gave him the go ahead and he completed all work in a timely manner. Matt was very professional in his communication and his work. Left me with a great impression. I called on a Sunday afternoon and scheduled an appointment to have the service performed in less than 24 hours' time. Our service technician, Matthew, phoned ahead and arrived on time. Jaden called to arrange an earlier start time than our original appointment. He then arrived promptly at the new time. He evaluated our electric garage door opener and diagnosed the problem we were having. He explained the problem thoroughly. He offered three levels of service with differing components and prices. He was able to fix the opener , including replacement of several parts within ten minutes. The service we received was timely, well explained and thorough. Jaden's demeanor was pleasant and professional as well.

My Service Tech was on time, very polite, knowledgeable and got the work done in a very timely manner. I have used Precision twice and their response time is tremendous. They get to your house within hours of calling in a problem. Had them replace a malfunctioning garage door opener last year, and then recently to repair a cable that snapped and caused the door to lock up in the track. The technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough. They also alert you to any issues that may help you prevent problems in the future. Highly recommend their service.

We reached out around 1 (which the chat system was VERY prompt in responding) in the afternoon and Jake Roszina was there about 2 hours later, which is within the time frame we were given. Jake was very knowledgeable about product and professional. Would highly recommend him in future services needed. Wasn't a pushy salesman. We needed the sensors replaced which was done very quickly. Jaden did an inspection of the garage door system and gave me several options. A roller had broken, and I had to manually lift and open and close the door. At this time, I only had the rollers replaced, with the option of having other components replaced later when the weather was warmer. Jaden did an excellent job and hopefully he will be able to do the other repairs later.

I was very pleased with the service provided to me by Joseph Gaona, the technician who completed the repairs to my garage door. I was surprised that I could schedule an appointment on the day I called. Joe arrived when he said he would and gave me three options to choose from for the repairs. I did not feel pressured to choose the most expensive options, but rather the option that met my needs. The work was done in a timely fashion with explanations given for each repair. I would definitely use Precision Door Service again.

Hi: Contacted your company yesterday to see about getting my condo garage door checked (small one car door), and you were able to come out same day which was impressive. It was a pleasure to deal with the person I called to make the appt, and a pleasure to talk to the technician a couple of times. The big problem I had is with your pricing; $523.95 to put on a bottom seal (that was $195 alone), replace weatherstripping around door opening, and tighten up a wire down by the sensor that would cause the door to fail going down. And, this was the lowest price choice of 3; top one being over $900! So what started out as a very positve experience ended up badly with regard to pricing. I agreed to this just to get the door issues fixed. Did the bottom seal yesterday along with fixing the loose wire, and now waiting for the almont weatherstrip to come in. If you put yourself in my shoes as the Customer, would you think this is a fair price for that work? I did not. Thanks

Our garage door decided to be difficult and stop working early one very cold morning. Found PDS on Google and called them. Firstly talking to a polite and professional operator was a nice change and then to have two friendly and again professional Techs turn up within 2 hours, was a complete surprise.
