Wow! I called today about problems with my "possessed" garage door. Joe arrived within an hour, assessed the problem, explained solutions without trying to pressure a sale and within 2 hours installed a new opener, keypad, spring unit and helped me set up an app on my phone for my new opener! Plus, there was nothing I had to clean up! I am impressed!

After seeing their TV commercial on the Fox morning news, I called Precision at about 8:15am and talked with a very nice woman who took down all of my information. She asked me if someone could come out to look at my door that same morning. I told her that would be awesome! At about 9:15 Jaden called to confirm my info. He arrived in uniform, and in a nice looking company truck, about 15 minutes later. He looked everything over and thoroughly reviewed his findings with me, offering me several options. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. Just honest options. Since I am planning on replacing my two doors next year, I chose the base repair option and Jaden got to work. After about 45 minutes, he was finished. As a part of his service, he reconnected the opener that I had disconnected and made sure that everything was operating properly. He also pointed out the replacement cables and brackets that he had installed. By the end of the hour he had everything cleaned up and was on his way. I think that this was the most efficient and painless home appliance repair that I have ever experienced. Thanks to all at Precision Garage Door for your fast and reasonably priced help.

We have used Precision many times in the past and didn't hesitate to call when our door would not open at all. Luckily there was an opening late that afternoon and Pedro showed up within an hour of our call. There was a broken spring which was replaced. Before starting his work, he provided us with 3 options that would fix the problem - and also an option that would help make our door and opener last longer. After checking out all of the moving parts, Pedro was able to grease everything that needed it, replaced the spring and parts connected to the spring. He tuned up what was needed. It is now quieter and faster. Pedro did an excellent job and was friendly and knowledgeable.

Had to make a last minute call to diagnose a garage door opener issue. Unfortunately, the opener's motor died, which is a pretty major repair. I called Precision Overhead Door on a Saturday morning, and they dispatched someone right away. The technician, Tanner, called me when he was about 15 minutes out. Upon arrival, Tanner reviewed the issue, and openly discussed repair vs replacement cost. I decided to replace. Tanner quoted me a few options and I made my choice. Tanner was very friendly, professional, and didn't push me one way or the other on repair vs replace. All this plus no trip charge and no charge for weekends!

nice tec colin horsch came couldnt fix our problems.called his boss to find parts for our 50yr old garage. said thhey will call me if they can find parts. called back to check status,the person who answered said a message to them would be left. as of now still no response to our concern so sad and disappointed! cant recommend your company but will let my circle of friends know the lack of your customer service! sorry but show me other wise! customer Mark and Eleanore

I called Precision on a Sunday (3/27/2023) for a problem I was having with a 23 year old garage door opener. The technician arrived at 8:15 the next morning and went right to work. I knew I needed a new opener and he provided me with many options. He explained each one to me and I told him which one I wanted. I went with the Genie belt drive. He went right to work and was finished within an hour. He explained everything to me, I had only a few questions and he cleaned up and hauled away everything. The technician's name is Jake Roszina. He was very friendly, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I would ask for him by name. I highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Precision was excellent and then some. Our spring broke, so we couldn't open the garage door. Made the call and the next morning, their technician was there to make the repair. Kurt (the tech) was extremely friendly and walked me through all the different repair options available. No pressure, just good info. Made all the repairs, inspected the other components and even showed me some features our garage door opener had that we didn't realize! Everything was fixed and good as new within 45 minutes. Extremely happy with the service Kurt gave us.

Kudos to Pedro from Precision! And the team too! I called in after 5:30 pm and Pedro arrived early in the time window the next day. He was very polite and extremely patient and explained all that I needed to know when my old garage door was stuck a bit open. I decided to allow him to disable the tension and get the door to close completely, and now I feel so much more secure. Because of his kindness, I am planning to consult with my family and hope to be purchasing a new Precision garage door. I've seen the commercials on TV. I've known for some time that my garage doors needed attention. I finally made the call. First class service right away, they were able to come that day. That is unheard of in this day. I wasn't available so we scheduled their service call for the next day. My technician Pedro, who is amazing, called before he came to ensure the timing would work with my schedule. He pulled up right on time. We chatted about my issues with my door. Pedro then began his inspection. Upon completion of that inspection he and I spoke about the issues my garage door was experiencing. He then went over solutions and cost. He clearly explained every step and why it was needed or not needed. In the end he completed the approved work in a very timely fashion. I paid my bill and he went on his way. Called Tuesday morning and a Service Technician was scheduled before noon the same day. Stu, the Service Technician, called before he arrived. Upon arrival, Stu greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He did the inspection and went over all of the details. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After completing the service, he went over the invoice and took payment. We are very happy with our decision to go with Precision.
