We experienced excellent service. Our garage door opener broke this morning so at 7:30 a.m. I chatted online with a customer service agent who scheduled same-day service. The technician came out and gave me a few different options and a price for each. He had the new opener installed in about an hour and then went over the details of how everything worked. I would highly recommend Precision Door Services

Had great service in the past, why change? Pedro was excellent and very professional. Spring warrantee from a previous installation greatly reduced my bill. Warrantee was a great thing. Highly recommend signing up with Precision as you go to all things garage mechanics! Had my broken spring replaced and up and running within an hour.

I called in to schedule an appointment, was told there was an available opening from 4-6PM. Technician called letting me know he was actually available earlier than expected. The tech showed up early, performed a multi point inspection gave me three quotes and after approving the service. Completed the job in a timely manner. Colin was very professional and informative. We needed to get our garage door repaired. When I called Ashley was very polite and responsive to answering my questions about the door. She also gave a time frame when a service tech would be out and they were even earlier which which was great for us. The service tech Jake Roszina was very responsive to our questions and concerns. After his review and findings he explained all of our options that were available. It is a shame that more companies are not as responsive as Precision Door Service was.

Precision installed new garage springs 12 years ago. I added windows to garage door earlier this year. This changed the door weight and the door became unbalanced. Rep checked out and adjusted spring tension. Lubricated stuff. NO CHARGE ! I have Precision's call sticker located by the door.

After activating all safety conditions with door, within 30 minutes he had completed the installation of door's new weather guard. I called Precision Door to have a Garage Door Tune-Up and got a call scheduled for the very next day. Jacob, my Service Technician, was prompt, courteous and very clean with his worksite. He gave me three different estimates and explained each to me in detail. I had one rail replaced, the plastic rollers replaced with nylon and a new weather strip added. It's like I have a brand-new door! I'm very happy with my service and would recommend them to friends and family.
