I've been meaning to get my garage door fixed for many years and saw Precision Doors ad in a monthly coupon magazine. I called them to make an appointment and they were able to fit me in right away. The employee showed up earlier than the appointment time (which was fine) and got right to work. He showed me what was wrong, did a quick estimate and I approved him to do the work. Since it was a repair it was done quickly and efficiently. The employee was kind and respectful.

We are closing on our house in 3 days. When something wasn’t working right with our garage door not closing, I freaked out. I called Precision on Friday hoping they could come out before the weekend was over. They set me up on Saturday with Colin. He figured out the multiple issues and fixed them all quickly. Thank you Precision for helping me with this rushed situation of mine! The new homeowners will be happy also!

I was extremely happy with the quick service that I received. The professional was very courteous, and repaired the broken outlet in my garage door opener, and the lights are back on, and working fine. In the past I have purchased a new belt drive garage door opener system from your company, as well as a new spring, and rubber weather stripping for the bottom of the door. I asked the professional many questions regarding proper up keep on my equipment, he in turn, was very helpful and provided me with all of the answers to my questions. The man who installed the garage door opener was very polite and efficient. There were only two prices of openers within $75 of each other at the high end range near $900. When I spoke to the manager about the price, he said he had made a mistake and gave me a $100 discount. A different company had the same opener for $650. Do your research before getting work done.

Technician had no clue on what type of garage door, stayed on the phone for over an hour with experienced guy so he can tell me at the end that he THINKS that I need a new one. I have even thought I asked when I scheduled the appointment if they need my garage door serial bum and model so they can get an idea what they are working with. But they said they work with every brand and model out there. Basically paid $ 80 for nothing.

Our technician, Derrick, was timely, pleasant, courteous and professional. He spent time looking at our garage door and providing information and recommendations in a clear, understandable way. He explained all the prices and options. He made recommendations, but without any pressure and worked quickly and efficiently. When he was finished, he took us to review the job and show us everything he had done. He also explained the warranty and how he could be reached if we had any problems. Just getting quotes on a replacement garage door. Scott came and was very professional. He was vocal on what he was looking for and taking pictures of to get a better understanding of what would be needed. He had recommendations on what would be in my best interest. He was quite knowledgeable of the products Precision Door carries and even the competitors. The quote he gave was precise and every step was spelled out. No pressure sales.
