We were a no show at the specified time given to us. I called and was told we were put on a later alternate list. Unfortunately no one notified us and I wasted a day waiting. Poor office help might be suspected, but that's you're fault Brian ultimately. When we finally got our service done, Joe the technician was proficient and concise. Kudus there. Pricing is also an issue, checking later I feel that it was grossly unfair. I'm not happy and have good reason. My time is valuable too, but no one seemed to care...........

Prompt, Courteous, Patient - was Jacob the repairman Dec 7th. The company website asked the problem, said they had a 25 point inspection service and trip charge around $69 or $69.25 which would be waived if you do the service while he is there the first time. He gave me an estimate for a new door no charge! and some free advice. I would call them in the future without hesitation.

A knowledgeable repairman. Showed up on time. Didn't take a lot of time for an over 60-year-old door. But the parts were a little pricey. But I get it. Not to mention Biden's inflation.

I called at 8:00 am and Colin, the technician, was at my door at about 12:15 pm. He evaluated the problem, gave me the cost estimate, and fixed it all. He was very professional, kind, courteous, and efficient! He left at about 1:30 pm and everything was good to go. He replaced the broken springs, rod, and all the hardware on my garage door. Oh, and he listens to some great music while he works!

I called precision door openers because of a flyer that came in the mail. I was able to get an appointment for an inspection in a very timely manner. Pedro inspected the garage door unit, made recommendations and explained what my options where. He was very patient with my questions and very thorough with his explanations. He also recommended a lubricant that I should use every three months on the moving parts of the garage door opener. Pedro is an excellent representative for your company.
