Hi: Contacted your company yesterday to see about getting my condo garage door checked (small one car door), and you were able to come out same day which was impressive. It was a pleasure to deal with the person I called to make the appt, and a pleasure to talk to the technician a couple of times. The big problem I had is with your pricing; $523.95 to put on a bottom seal (that was $195 alone), replace weatherstripping around door opening, and tighten up a wire down by the sensor that would cause the door to fail going down. And, this was the lowest price choice of 3; top one being over $900! So what started out as a very positve experience ended up badly with regard to pricing. I agreed to this just to get the door issues fixed. Did the bottom seal yesterday along with fixing the loose wire, and now waiting for the almont weatherstrip to come in. If you put yourself in my shoes as the Customer, would you think this is a fair price for that work? I did not. Thanks

Our garage door decided to be difficult and stop working early one very cold morning. Found PDS on Google and called them. Firstly talking to a polite and professional operator was a nice change and then to have two friendly and again professional Techs turn up within 2 hours, was a complete surprise. On one of the coldest days of the year the garage door (tension spring) decided to break. On referral from a friend I called Precision and was not disappointed. Called at noon and later the afternoon Pedro was here to fix the door. He explained everything and also what it would take to fix. He also explained the maintenance for a garage door ( had no clue that that was a thing) Good to know ! Roughly an hour later the job was done. I cannot say enough about Pedro. He called for the courtesy call and I hung up and said to my spouse, "That guy is super nice and professional." When Pedro got here, he was extremely knowledge, and as I expected by his demeanor, professional, caring, and put quality into his work...not just the garage part, but he really cares about the customers. He worked very quickly and explained all of the new features our opener had, and we were ecstatic! Pedro went way above and beyond in making sure we were cared for and just had a presence about him that you knew you were in really good hands. Jacob did a great job. Showed me the problem and talked me through why it was an issue. Professional and courteous. And, I like that you give me a Good, Better and Best option. Also, I appreciate walking through things after repair and giving advice on how to service/maintain. The only thing I can complain about is I feel like all the options were expensive. I did the minimal Good option and $1k seems like a lot for a couple of cables and springs (and requisite labor). I also think the trip charge should be rolled into bill if I elect to have you do the work like other business' do. I would definitely recommend, but due diligence on quotes I guess.

I called Precision when one of springs broke on one of our garage doors. I spoke with a very friendly lady who scheduled someone to come out and look at it the same day. Eric, one of their technicians, came out to assess the problem and give us a quote. We decided since the doors are almost 19 years old and one of them was cracked to move forward with temporarily fixing the spring and replacing them. Eric was great and was able to fix the spring that day. He was detailed, professional and a pleasure to work with. We’re looking forward to working with Precious on the installation of our new doors when they come in. Kudos to Eric and the Precious team.

When our door broke, we looked up to find a repair company and yours was the one we chose! Got an appointment very quickly, and took it. The day of the appointment Kurt even called before and said he could come earlier...however, we couldn't. I called him when I got home and he showed up at the time he said he would be there. Before he arrived, Technician Joseph Gaona had done some preliminary work to read through what he had done during visits in previous years so that he was aware of potential issues. He was very thorough about checking on the status of the battery problem on the control as well as in the physical opener. He asked if previous repairs had resolved the issues. He replaced the battery quickly and efficiently, asked if I had any 60 W bulbs and if I wanted him to replace them while he had the opener open. It felt like we were well taken care of by his service.
