We recently had service work done on our garage. We were extremely impressed with level of customer service with the receptionist. They were able to come out the next day on labor day within the timeframe explained to us. Joe and Pedro did exceptional work and went into detail pertaining to all of our options. Very honest approach and did a wonderful job in fixing our garage. They also went above and beyond and sent a follow up text to outline maintenance. I would highly recommend them.

We were very happy with our service appt. Pedro did a thorough job. He was very professional and explained the options to repair our garage door. We were impressed that you offer weekend appts--which won you the business. We called the initial installer on Friday evening--and they called us back Monday morning. We called Precision on Saturday and were offered a Sunday appt.

Matt called and said he was ahead of schedule, and could he come earlier; I said yes. When he arrived, he asked me what the problem with the door was. He then did an exam of the door and described the cause and what the solution would be. He explained the trip charge and did an estimate cost of the repair and asked if I agreed to his repairing my garage door. Matt then when to work and the door was fixed in a short time. More signing and a handshake for doing and great job and I got a business card in case I ever needed help again. I choose Matt company because he was located in the city I live in, and the internet showed him as being very close to my house. Matt also petted our dogs instead of just letting them bark at him. They got along fine after that. :-)

I just wanted to say thanks to Precision Door Service and the service tech Kurt who came out and replaced the broken springs on our garage door. Not only did he replace the broken springs on the door but he also cleaned up some existing wiring and made some additional adjustments to the existing door opener to make sure that the door operates smoothly. After suspecting a broken spring on our garage door opener late Wednesday night after taking garbage cans out, I knew I'd have to search for online repair sites. I checked out various companies and chose Precision Door based primarily on reviews. I also liked that it was a Veteran owned company, as my husband is a Vietnam veteran. A technician named Jake R. showed up at my door within a few hours of my call, and he also called to let me know he was on his way. He was so courteous and respectful...and he was a dog lover as well which made our Phoebe more comfortable. Ruff, ruff! Jake diagnosed the issues immediately. He's very knowledgeable about his job and is eager to educate anyone who needs to know more about garage door opener springs, rollers, cables, brackets, boxes, keypads, etc. I got Garage Door Opener Class 101 in a matter of minutes! He was also sure to explain the differing 3 plans and their financial comparisons. There was no pressure on which plan to choose. I felt that Jake was refreshingly authentic and has a high work standard. He is an exemplary representative of Precision Door. I will highly recommend your company to others in need.
