Precision Door did an outstanding job on the garage door installation. The sales rep did a good job explaining the products available. I feel the price paid was fair. The only down side was waiting about 10 weeks to get the door installed. I think the office could of kept us better informed on the status. We ended up calling the office a couple times for an update. Bob

Good quick service. Do believe $850 to replace a broken spring is a bit crazy since it only took 45 minutes to do which after part price is over $600 an hour but oh well.

Outstanding experience. I was recommended by a relative to call these guys when I needed a garage door opener replaced. These guys not only met the recommended comments but just far exceeded them. They came to my home in just a couple of hours and were very professional and explained everything they found very well. Having replaced my home openers several times in my younger days what they told me was spot on. But as great as that experience was the great way they worked with each other was both professional yet enjoyable and down to earth. I feel like it was merely false advertising over the phone vs when the technician can out. The quote on the phone was $225-350. In person price was $1100-$1900, totally unexpected. My time was wasted and money spent on travel was unnecessarily wasted as well! Very disappointed!

I called Precision in the morning to have a broken spring repaired. The tech, Matthew was at our house within 2 hours. He went over everything the door needed and gave us three different options of service to choose from depending on how much we wanted to spend. Service was courteous and professional. I would recommend them for service.

lI am the Resident Manager at Stoughton Properties on Jackson St in Stoughton. Early Sat evening I got a text from the tenants in 2014 that the spring on their garage door broke. I called Precision and was able to get an appointment Monday between 12-4. On Mon Pedro called me around 12:15 to let me know he would be here in appx 45 min. He looked at the garage door and then explained to me what would have to be done, what the cost would be and how long it would take. I also talked with him about what the approximate cost would be to replace the 8 garage doors. They are old, very heavy wooden doors that keep breaking. He was very professional and explained what he thought would be the best route to go, provided me with brochures that I could share with the landlord. He told me if the landlord wanted an estimate that he would write one up for us. Pedro was very patient, professional, and did not hurry his work. This is the 2nd time he has worked with us and I would not hesitate to ask for an appointment with him.

I am very happy with the service provided by Colin today. He arrived at the estimated time. When I asked how the garage door could be quieter, he suggested replacing the metal rollers to a different type which he did quickly. Then all the hinges got sprayed. He quickly did the work. I will definitely call Precision for any future garage door needs. Highly recommend to family & friends.

My garage door broke very suddenly when I was trying to leave for work. I looked online for a repair service and found Precision. After reading through the many positive reviews, I decided to call them. The lady on the phone scheduled me an appointment same-day which was a Saturday. This made me very happy as I thought I would have to wait until mid week. I received a call from the technician, Aaron shortly thereafter to inform me he was on his way. When he arrived, he inspected the door and gave me quote for the necessary repair. There was also another minor issue from the previous owner that has caused me some concern for years that I brought up to him that he was also able to correct. He did all the work in under two hours and my door was working like new. I am very happy with the service. Aaron was very pleasant. The cost was about what I expected to spend. And the speed at which everything happened was just phenomenal. Thank you very much!
