Called in the morning and had Matthew on site in 4 hours to inspect our garage door that would not open. He quickly identified the problem as a broken spring but also spent time explaining to use the life expectancy of all the individual items that make up your garage door system and how they work together. We ended up replacing a couple other items as well that had not yet failed but were showing some wear. Matthew was a very professional and knowledgeable individual, we will use Precision for all future service as long as Matthew is the repair tech.

Precision Door did an outstanding job on the garage door installation. The sales rep did a good job explaining the products available. I feel the price paid was fair. The only down side was waiting about 10 weeks to get the door installed. I think the office could of kept us better informed on the status.
