Estimate was good, work was done the day after I broke a spring and called. Jake did an excellent job with instillation of new spring, cables, and both new openers, as the old ones were about 25 years old. Reasonable price for labor and materials, and the new openers are great. All work done in about 3 hours, very neat, clean and professional, explained workings of all to me. Thank you Jake!

Craig the technician was on time exactly early, he was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining the different options I had fixing the problem with my garage door opener. He ended up putting on new door sensors, which was alot cheaper than a new opener. I would definitely recommend Precision to any one looking for a garage fix

We called Precision because the company had serviced our garage door some years earlier. The office answered our call promptly and scheduled us for service for the next morning. The technician (Bill) called when he was on the way early that day and, upon arrival, listened attentively as I described the problem we were experiencing with the closing of the door. He then thoroughly checked out the door itself and the opener, diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and got to work to address it. He completed the job within half an hour. I was very pleased with my interactions with Bill and with the quality of his work, and I found the cost (which he had quoted in advance) to be reasonable. I was also very pleased with the timeliness of the scheduling and the promptness of the work itself. I would call again when future needs ariase.

We have just started the process of a wood grain door selection. The team have been fantastic from the moment I filled out the online form. I received a call immediately to schedule. The sales team—Todd and Craig—showed up right on time and could not have been more friendly and helpful.
