Craig was great. It was a shock that I needed a new motor but I did. He replaced and did an amazing job installing and was clear with his instructions. If I need anything again or chat with someone I will highly recommend.

Happy with person sent here was courteous and friendly. I was a shocked how much more the service cost over the estimate. I didn't recall the one piece rail was quoted at $200. If I would of known i I probably wouldn't have had that installed. I am currently not working because of a recent surgery so trying to manage expenses carefully.

Thank you for the excellent service. I clipped the lowest panel on my garage door, and thought, oh no, this won't get fixed today (and a little embarrassing). Called Precision, Marco came out. Called me when he got to our house (I was away at an appointment). Said he could repair today. I was so thankful. Got home, and door looked like new. I'd give Marco and Precision 10 out of 10 kudos. The installers were friendly and professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently. Their office told us that they would be at our home between 8:00am and 11:00am but the installers were told to show up between 1:00pm 4:00pm. So to us they were 4 hours late but to them they were on time.

Mario called to confirm his arrival time and from then on it was amazing. At first Mario told me he couldn't touch my door because it wasn't installed professionally the first time but after a short consultation we decided the best route for me.
