The installers were friendly and professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently. Their office told us that they would be at our home between 8:00am and 11:00am but the installers were told to show up between 1:00pm 4:00pm. So to us they were 4 hours late but to them they were on time.

I am over the top happy with the service I received from your company. From the initial phone call to schedule service to the finished product I felt like I really mattered. Mario called to confirm his arrival time and from then on it was amazing. At first Mario told me he couldn't touch my door because it wasn't installed professionally the first time but after a short consultation we decided the best route for me. I am so pleased I went with his recommendations. Mario was very professional and very knowledgeable so I feel very good about the decision. And it only took him about 2 1/2 hours. The technician Craig Renzaglia was extremely nice and knowledgeable and gave us multiple options to get our garage operating again. He showed us other things that needed to be replaced and explained why, but still gave us the options to keep it more affordable. We decided to do what he recommended because he really seems like an honest guy. He performed the labor im a timely manner, and our garage opens and closes flawlessly. This is our second time using Precision and we have been satisfied both times.

I can't say enough about Precision and the representative Todd that came out. His credibility was instantly affirmed and was very clearly looking to be fair. I had to talk HIM into letting me just replace the door instead of a bottom panel on an older door. He was right to tell me to leave the opener alone. Being new to the area, I let the online reviews be my guide. I was able to schedule next day service to have a new garage door opener installed. The technician Jake, arrived at my home early, explained the features of the units that were available, and then went right to work. In just over an hour, the opener was installed. Jake explained the operation and was on his way leaving the garage as neat as it was before performing the service.

I chose your company based on the reviews I read. It pretty much was a "shot in the dark" decision as I wanted a company that services the Whitewater area, which isn't exactly overrun with garage door specialists and none with your companies experience and positive reviews. Matthew Berends was excellent, obviously has a lot of experience and very personable. As they say, "this wasn't his first rodeo"! The job went much faster than expected, the site was cleaned up before he left, and the details of the function of the remotes, the remote key pad, safeties and an explanation of programming the remote function in one of my cars were informative. If I still owned my engineering company he's the type of employee I'd hire! Great job.
