Ahmed did a quick diagnosis of our problem and explained different ways to fix the issue. We decided just replacing the whole opener was the best route. He installed everything promptly and was very professional throughout the process. Even when the wireless app was giving us issues. (It turned out to be an issue with my phone because my wife's iPhone got it connected right away). Everyone I talked to on the phone was also very polite and answered all my questions.

I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service because of their BBB rating. I was lucky that a technician was available in one hour as I could not open my garage door. My technician Jake R. was very professional and went over my garage door inspection. He showed me all of my options and costs available without a high pressure sale. I was very happy with my experience.

The service tech was terrific. Curt explained every step in his procedure, gave us three estimate levels, and performed the service we chose. He was efficient and timely. Then, he explained all the new features. We were happy with the service and the back-up battery function. We are very happy we chose Precision and had this wonderful technician. Update on opener, springs and rollers.

By the way your technician Jake Roszina did an outstanding job. I thought the opener came with a key pad. If you do have key pads let me know.
