Great service- I called one afternoon and they were able to schedule us for the next morning. Matthew communicated well, was on time, and friendly. He presented us with multiple options and cost ranges for our repair. He didn't seem to push one over another but gave his professional opinion. I just moved into my first house a little less than a week ago and needed to get my two garage doors operational. One had a bent track, a vintage Sears/Craftsman (ah memories!) opener, and was dented, and the other had no opener at all! I booked my appointment online and Mario Velez was the technician that came out! He was early to the appointment and waited for me to get home as I was 30 minutes out. He was friendly, courteous, and EXTREMELY knowledgeable! He explained everything that needed to happen with the installation and have me options and solutions when he ran into a snag. Pricing was EXTREMELY reasonable for the scope of work needed (just under $2000.00!) and everything was completed same day! Mario made sure the openers and keypads were programed and working before he left and left my garage exactly the way he found it! I absolutely will be recommending Precision (and Mario!) to anyone I know who needs garage door work done! Thank you so much for a fantastic experience! :)

I had a roller that wasn't tracking properly. it wasn't fully seated in the track. I called at about 3:30pm on Friday and explained the problem to Gabby. She told me they would send someone out between 4:00 and 8:00pm. The repairman, Joe, arrive in about 5 minutes took a look at the problem and went to work to replace the roller and get it tracking correctly. Did an inspection and sprayed the rollers and spring with lubricant and finished what he called a tuneup and was gone by 3:50pm. Very impressive for an appointment that was supposed to be 4:00. He finished before the time of the appointment. Great service. Joe is a great repairman.

The person who installed did a great job. When I called office and told them about a discount due to coupon, she said I should have said something when it was installed. I did not receive a copy of invoice. I emailed and called twice and was advised someone would contact me. Still waiting! Very disappointed with service.

We had a broken spring on our two car garage door. I remembered having a broken spring on a garage door in a previous residence 10 years ago. I remembered calling Precision Garage Door Service for the repair. They showed up promptly, did the replacement of the spring in a short amount of time and at a reasonable price. When one of the springs broke on our new residence I called Precision again. Set up a appointment yesterday afternoon, got a appointment for the next morning. The technican, Jax, called before he left the shop, showed up when he said he would, explained my options for the repair, what it would cost and went to work. He finished in the time he said it would take and at the cost qouted. I am very happy with the service. professionalism, promptness and price. Jax the technican was great. I'm a satisfied customer for the second time
