So glad we decided to go with Precision, they were understanding and prompt with their services. Mario was an excellent technician. He walked through everything we asked about and didn’t mind the “dumb questions” that we had. He was also able to fix the issue we had on the spot and was able to finish in about an hour. Again, we are so happy to have gone with Precision and will recommend them to anyone who needs a fix to their garage.

Our electric garage door suddenly stopped closing. We called Precision for help and were surprised at how quickly they came to our house. Brian really helped with us since we are first time home buyers. We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we had a garage door installed by this company last year and we were having some issues with the door (it became noisy when opening and closing). Hector, the installer, came out and solved our problem immediately. He was very kind and explained again about the simple maintenance that should be done occasionally which we had neglected to do. He took his time to show us how to do this (again) and answer any questions we had. Very professional and helpful! Thank you Hector!!!!

When I called yesterday the CSR was helpful and got somebody lined up to come out the next day between 8:00 am and noon. Marion showed up at about 8:30 am, went through the repair job and showed me not only what he would do to fix the door but also what else I should consider having him repair before it caused more problems. He was friendly, easy to talk to, informative, and did an excellent job. He worked fast and had the job done within an hour. If I need more work done, I will definitely call these guys and I will definitely ask for Mario.

We had an avcident that caused damage to our garage door and front panneling. Luckily, we were able to get an appointment same day within 30 minutes of my call! Very lucky. Ahmad was very professional during our emergency call. He provided solutions and helped determine next steps for repair, even though it ended up being an issue with foundation rather than the door itself. He provided further assistance in recommendations for future work on the door and running track once the foundation issue is fixed. Would definitely recommend Precision! Thanks, Ahmad!

Our technician Colin, arrived on time and we went through what he saw that needed to be worked on.
