You installed our door 3 years ago and we were happy with your service then. Today the young man who came was very courteous and helpful and was able to fix the problem quickly. He also showed me how best to lubricate the door to keep it working smoothly. He also helped me re-program our keypad and was very patient with both things. Precision Garage Doors was wonderful to deal with and made everything so easy and convenient for me. Kurt came out and replaced my opener and installed safety sensors in less than an hour. He was so nice and explained everything that needed to be done, answered my questions and showed me how to use the new equipment. I couldn’t have asked for anyone nicer. I will certainly call Precision again if I need help with my garage door.

My keypad broke late Friday pm of Memorial Day weekend. I was sure I was not going to be able to get someone to fix or replace it until after the weekend. I called Precision Door and to my surprise they were able to schedule someone for the next am. My repair person, Collin called and gave me a time when I could expect him. He arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, replaced my keypad and checked to make sure there weren’t any other issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I highly recommend Precision Door!

I called for service as my door would not consistently close. I was asked when would be good for me. I, half joking, said tomorrow. The agent said sure, would morning work? After my jaw hit the floor I told her that that would be fantastic. At 8:05 am Jake called and said he would be here in 40 minutes. He was right on time, friendly and professional. Kudos to Jake. Problem solved. My only regret is that I didn't catch the name of the person that I initially had contact with. My hat's off to you and thanks to all for taking care of my problem so quickly. It's nice to know there are still great people in the service industry.

I am a repeat and loyal customer. Precision has been my go to service provider for garage door work. Our spring failed Saturday morning and made the call. The call center scheduled a call for the same day and Colin Horsch responded with outstanding customer service. He provided a full inspection and made some recommendations. We discussed the worked and decided on a plan of action. Not only was the work performed quickly, he was very courteous, answered my questions, and we even chatted about fishing! I have his card and will ask for him directly for future work (even though I have had great experiences with all technician from Precision!). Well done!

Excellent customer service starting with the person answering the phone who schedule an appointment the same morning I call, to the service technician, Colin Horsch who called to confirm his arrival time and arrived on time! Colin was courteous and explained my options for the garage door clearly. He was able to do the repair immediately and quickly. Sorry to say that the service I received was far below my expectations. Tech person was not sure what was wrong and after some thought figured that the existing springs (unbroken) we too weak to lift the door. The door did not go down either. So I let him change out the springs to at the cost of just below $600. We tried the door it operated well. Not the end of the story. Just a few minutes later I moved my vehicle back into the open garage and the door would not go down at all. Just a dull grinding noise. The installer could not be even a mile away so I called. Got another appointment for4 days later. Today he came back ready to sell me an expensive door motor but had no explanation of why it was needed now with the new springs. His prices would have been between $1100 and $800 dollars! No discount for making up for the springs I maybe did not need. I did check the cost of opener motors in the days since his last stop. Found name brand motors (with more HP) for between $250 and $350. Did not look too difficult on UTube to install. So I message is...catchy and frequent advertising but just unable to deliver all that was promised. I will use these exact words in every future conversation I might have with others so they take their business elsewhere. If you have found this review on line, heed my warning and go elsewhere.
