Kurt Schneider did a fabulous job! He was very friendly and professional. He went over in great detail what was wrong and what the estimate was for. He did make a recommendation and what we may need for the future but he did not force us to do the recommendations now. He complimented me on how I have been maintaining the garage door with the lubrication spray and how that has really helped any further damage to the door. I really hope I get Kurt as a technician in the future. He was awesome!

Our experience was a good one. Pedro made the experience painless. He diagnosed our problem and fixed it same day. Pedro also gave recommendations and I felt very comfortable that he was really looking out for us. I had called because the cables on my garage door were fraying. They had Kurt out to my house within a couple of hours. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. He not only fixed the cables but installed new insulation, coils, and a garage door opener. I am very pleased with the service we received from both him and the company.

Absolutely first class all the way. Something had gone very wrong with our opener and the door was opening and closing on its own, including about every five seconds one night when I finally had to disconnect the power from it. Kendall was there promptly as promised and did a sensational job for us. He was professional, knowledgeable and very courteous. There is a right way and wrong way to do business. This was definitely the right way. Thanks so much!

My garage door broke on Sunday. I called, they were out here within the hour. I worked with the technician Pedro, he was very forma, polite, and knowledgeable on everything. 10 out of 10!

I was quoted $125-$189 for the spring repair and $70 for labor trip charge on the phone. What I got was extreme price gouging and felt pressured to go ahead with other repairs with super inflated prices. The $350 for the spring isn’t really an issue because it looks like a higher quality spring. I was charged $95 for bottom brackets that had a retail cost on Amazon of about $12, $95 for a center bearing plate that would cost between $10-20 retail, $140 for an operator bracket that should cost $20-50, $160 for 7 feet of steel cable pulley. I got fleeced because I wasn’t knowledgeable of these parts and their cost. Repair time took 40 min tops and trip charge is knocked off if they do the repair. I imagine Precision pocketed $300-400 over that actual operations cost today. Not happy. Edit-Nothing against the tech-just the extreme price gouging.

Precision has always been our garage door "people" ! Wow! I called today about problems with my "possessed" garage door. Joe arrived within an hour, assessed the problem, explained solutions without trying to pressure a sale and within 2 hours installed a new opener, keypad, spring unit and helped me set up an app on my phone for my new opener! Plus, there was nothing I had to clean up! I am impressed!

After seeing their TV commercial on the Fox morning news, I called Precision at about 8:15am and talked with a very nice woman who took down all of my information. She asked me if someone could come out to look at my door that same morning. I told her that would be awesome! At about 9:15 Jaden called to confirm my info. He arrived in uniform, and in a nice looking company truck, about 15 minutes later. He looked everything over and thoroughly reviewed his findings with me, offering me several options. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. Just honest options. Since I am planning on replacing my two doors next year, I chose the base repair option and Jaden got to work. After about 45 minutes, he was finished. As a part of his service, he reconnected the opener that I had disconnected and made sure that everything was operating properly. He also pointed out the replacement cables and brackets that he had installed. By the end of the hour he had everything cleaned up and was on his way. I think that this was the most efficient and painless home appliance repair that I have ever experienced. Thanks to all at Precision Garage Door for your fast and reasonably priced help.

We have used Precision many times in the past and didn't hesitate to call when our door would not open at all. Luckily there was an opening late that afternoon and Pedro showed up within an hour of our call. There was a broken spring which was replaced. Before starting his work, he provided us with 3 options that would fix the problem - and also an option that would help make our door and opener last longer. After checking out all of the moving parts, Pedro was able to grease everything that needed it, replaced the spring and parts connected to the spring. He tuned up what was needed. It is now quieter and faster. Pedro did an excellent job and was friendly and knowledgeable.

Had to make a last minute call to diagnose a garage door opener issue. Unfortunately, the opener's motor died, which is a pretty major repair. I called Precision Overhead Door on a Saturday morning, and they dispatched someone right away. The technician, Tanner, called me when he was about 15 minutes out. Upon arrival, Tanner reviewed the issue, and openly discussed repair vs replacement cost. I decided to replace. Tanner quoted me a few options and I made my choice. Tanner was very friendly, professional, and didn't push me one way or the other on repair vs replace. All this plus no trip charge and no charge for weekends!
