Have used Precision Garage Doors twice for work on our garage door and have never had an issue. The tech is always nice, and their prices are reasonable.

Excellent experience from my first call to make an inquiry. I was able to get an appointment a couple hours later and the technician showed up on time. He was well informed and after a thorough survey assessed my issue and provided me with alternative solutions. The work was completed promptly and to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to reach out again for further service and repair.

Ease of scheduling, instant availability and online coupon were super. And my technician, Ahmad, was very pleasant, informative and great to work with. He offered solutions and helped me determine which were most important to perform now, vs. possibly later. It was not a hard sell, but thoughtful. Struts were installed and brackets replaced. Our door now opens without issue and is quiet. All within less than an hour! I would definitely recommend their services, and offer kudos to Ahmad for his communication skills, kindness and excellent customer service.

I received same day service. Matthew did a complete check on the garage door with explanations and showed me what he found. He knew what he was talking about and was done within 60 to 90 minutes. Precision was a referral from a neighbor.

I have not been pleased with the service that I got from Precision. The reason I say this is because, first they are quite expensive. Then, I had a problem with my garage door going up and called them back to come out and look at the door. They came out and said that the problem was not what they repaired and charged me another $70 for the trip. I do not recommend this company.

Great experience with our technician! He was friendly, accurately explained everything, and the job was done in a timely manner! He fixed the entire garage door system. We needed a new motor and runner system. We also had got a new keypad system and two openers. Everything was explained perfectly. Thank you!

My rep Todd was great. They came out quickly, were courteous, and provided an estimate very quickly. We were just looking for estimates on new garage doors. Will probably hold off on doing it for a bit, but would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

My garage door only opens about one third of the way, but only when the outside temperature is below 25*. The technician made some adjustments so that it works for now. He also quoted me and informed me of the options. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will be contacting your office to discuss replacing the current opener with your top model. I’m going on vacation next week so after I return, I will have your company to have the work done. One of the other companies I called didn’t have the time or energy to repair my garage door. I would definitely recommend your company to my friends and family. I give you six stars out of five.

Matthew was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door issues. I had a referral from both my neighbor and daughter who were both very satisfied with Precisions work. Very customer focused and kind were the words they both used to describe their interaction with Precisions staff and installers.

Very prompt service on my Monday off work to take care of, naturally, an emergency. The service technician, Ahmad Perkins, was exceptional in his expertise and explanation of options for the most economical repair. Please add that into his employee file as part of my review. The only thing I would 'whine' about is what every customer probably does these days. Too pricy in a world of inflation where we're all struggling to keep current with costs and bills.

Great job, but felt it was not a good value. 1 garage door spring & tuneup at $700.00??

I've had this garage door installed in 2007 and I've kept up on the maintenance over the years but this year 2025 one of the torsion springs broke. Not bad after 18 years for something that has a basic life expectancy of about 10 years. I had researched PRECISION GARAGE and gave them a call on Sunday evening and made an appointment for next day. I was updated with information on the time they would show, and I received a call from the technician about 30 minutes prior to showing up. He was coming from Milwaukee to Trevor, WI. and showed up punctually. Ahmad Perkins was the technician, after a short discussion on the maintenance and what was going to be done, he resolved the maintenance in short order. I'm a technician for 25 years in the USAF, and a Harley Tech too. Thus, watching and talking to Ahmad, about the process I was extremely satisfied of his work and for a few of the upgrades for this 339lbs door! The items replaced (torsion springs, cable drums, bearing supports and new sealed rollers) needed to be done in my mind. This door now is so much better than when it was new. Very quiet and smooth and I feel confident with the maintenance I do it will outlast me. Thanks, to PRECISION GRAGE DOOR and to Technician Ahmad Perkins.

My garage door spring broke late on a Sunday night. I called Precision around 9:AM the following morning and by 1100 they were at my house assessing the problem. By 1 PM Jake and his helper had fixed the broken spring and replaced all the necessary hardware. The work and parts were first class. I would highly recommend Precision. Thanks for a job well done!
