Very prompt service on my Monday off work to take care of, naturally, an emergency. The service technician, Ahmad Perkins, was exceptional in his expertise and explanation of options for the most economical repair. Please add that into his employee file as part of my review. The only thing I would 'whine' about is what every customer probably does these days. Too pricy in a world of inflation where we're all struggling to keep current with costs and bills.

I've had this garage door installed in 2007 and I've kept up on the maintenance over the years but this year 2025 one of the torsion springs broke. Not bad after 18 years for something that has a basic life expectancy of about 10 years. I had researched PRECISION GARAGE and gave them a call on Sunday evening and made an appointment for next day. I was updated with information on the time they would show, and I received a call from the technician about 30 minutes prior to showing up. He was coming from Milwaukee to Trevor, WI. and showed up punctually. Ahmad Perkins was the technician, after a short discussion on the maintenance and what was going to be done, he resolved the maintenance in short order. I'm a technician for 25 years in the USAF, and a Harley Tech too. Thus, watching and talking to Ahmad, about the process I was extremely satisfied of his work and for a few of the upgrades for this 339lbs door! The items replaced (torsion springs, cable drums, bearing supports and new sealed rollers) needed to be done in my mind. This door now is so much better than when it was new. Very quiet and smooth and I feel confident with the maintenance I do it will outlast me. Thanks, to PRECISION GRAGE DOOR and to Technician Ahmad Perkins.

My garage door spring broke late on a Sunday night. I called Precision around 9:AM the following morning and by 1100 they were at my house assessing the problem. By 1 PM Jake and his helper had fixed the broken spring and replaced all the necessary hardware. The work and parts were first class. I would highly recommend Precision. Thanks for a job well done!

My garage door spring broke late Saturday night, called Precision Sunday afternoon. They were able to come out Monday at a preferred time that worked for my husband and I. Springs were replaced same day, which included a thorough exam of the drums & cables that were over 14+ years old. Mario was able to show us pictures of the frayed cables and educated us on the longevity of the current cables versus replacing. He got our garage door system back up and running, and now stronger than ever! Also helped us by using heavy duty equipment as my door is ~300 lbs. Thank you Mario for enduring the cold and taking care of us!

We had to wait several months before we received our two doors. When they finally came out to install them one of the panels on the large door was damaged. We had to wait another few of weeks. The door was finally installed. At that time the installer said they sent the wrong weather stripping and he would order it and it should only take a week to get it fixed. We had them come out to adjust the doors and look at the areas where the paint came off. He took pictures and assured us they would take care of it. We have contacted them several times and EVERY time they have had an excuse, but promise to contact us within a week. THEY NEVER CONTACT US AS PROMISED. This started over a year ago. We are still waiting for the weather stripping and the doors to be fixed. The installers were wonderful. They did a great job. We love the look of the doors, but would not recommend this company because of their terrible customer service.

This company tried to charge me 1,200 dollars to change my garage door spring. What a rip off. I called another company and they out at did the job for 379.00.
