nice tec colin horsch came couldnt fix our problems.called his boss to find parts for our 50yr old garage. said thhey will call me if they can find parts. called back to check status,the person who answered said a message to them would be left. as of now still no response to our concern so sad and disappointed! cant recommend your company but will let my circle of friends know the lack of your customer service! sorry but show me other wise! customer Mark and Eleanore

I called Precision on a Sunday (3/27/2023) for a problem I was having with a 23 year old garage door opener. The technician arrived at 8:15 the next morning and went right to work. I knew I needed a new opener and he provided me with many options. He explained each one to me and I told him which one I wanted. I went with the Genie belt drive. He went right to work and was finished within an hour. He explained everything to me, I had only a few questions and he cleaned up and hauled away everything. The technician's name is Jake Roszina. He was very friendly, explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I would ask for him by name. I highly recommend this company.

Our experience with Precision was excellent and then some. Our spring broke, so we couldn't open the garage door. Made the call and the next morning, their technician was there to make the repair. Kurt (the tech) was extremely friendly and walked me through all the different repair options available. No pressure, just good info. Made all the repairs, inspected the other components and even showed me some features our garage door opener had that we didn't realize! Everything was fixed and good as new within 45 minutes. Extremely happy with the service Kurt gave us.

Kudos to Pedro from Precision! And the team too! I called in after 5:30 pm and Pedro arrived early in the time window the next day. He was very polite and extremely patient and explained all that I needed to know when my old garage door was stuck a bit open. I decided to allow him to disable the tension and get the door to close completely, and now I feel so much more secure. Because of his kindness, I am planning to consult with my family and hope to be purchasing a new Precision garage door. Pedro went beyond expectations and helped me to get a snow thrower and other items from inside the garage. I've seen the commercials on TV. I've known for some time that my garage doors needed attention. I finally made the call. First class service right away, they were able to come that day. That is unheard of in this day. I wasn't available so we scheduled their service call for the next day. My technician Pedro, who is amazing, called before he came to ensure the timing would work with my schedule. He pulled up right on time. We chatted about my issues with my door. Pedro then began his inspection. Upon completion of that inspection he and I spoke about the issues my garage door was experiencing. He then went over solutions and cost. He clearly explained every step and why it was needed or not needed. In the end he completed the approved work in a very timely fashion. I paid my bill and he went on his way. This company is very friendly, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to others, and I did. Thank you

Called Tuesday morning and a Service Technician was scheduled before noon the same day. Stu, the Service Technician, called before he arrived. Upon arrival, Stu greeted me with a smile and a handshake. He did the inspection and went over all of the details. He was knowledgeable and friendly. After completing the service, he went over the invoice and took payment. We are very happy with our decision to go with Precision.

Our garage door broke on a Saturday night, trapping our cars inside. I was a little worried about being able to find someone to fix the door on a Sunday (and without costing an arm and a leg), and pretty much picked the first highly rated listing that came up in a Google search for "garage door repair near me." The response was quick, the technician who came out (Colin Horsch) was friendly, explained everything clearly, and gave us several options.
