I called for service as my door would not consistently close. I was asked when would be good for me. I, half joking, said tomorrow. The agent said sure, would morning work? After my jaw hit the floor I told her that that would be fantastic. At 8:05 am Jake called and said he would be here in 40 minutes. He was right on time, friendly and professional. Kudos to Jake. Problem solved. My only regret is that I didn't catch the name of the person that I initially had contact with. My hat's off to you and thanks to all for taking care of my problem so quickly. It's nice to know there are still great people in the service industry.

I am a repeat and loyal customer. Precision has been my go to service provider for garage door work. Our spring failed Saturday morning and made the call. The call center scheduled a call for the same day and Colin Horsch responded with outstanding customer service. He provided a full inspection and made some recommendations. We discussed the worked and decided on a plan of action. Not only was the work performed quickly, he was very courteous, answered my questions, and we even chatted about fishing! I have his card and will ask for him directly for future work (even though I have had great experiences with all technician from Precision!). Well done!

Excellent customer service starting with the person answering the phone who schedule an appointment the same morning I call, to the service technician, Colin Horsch who called to confirm his arrival time and arrived on time! Colin was courteous and explained my options for the garage door clearly. He was able to do the repair immediately and quickly. Great service! They were able to come the next day. Excellent customer service as usual. Our technician Jaden was amazing and offered a few options to fit our budget. this was a total replacement of a very old garage door system at my daughter's home in Madison and as she was at work, I was present for the installation to help her out. She chose Precision Door initially because of a coupon we received in the mail, but then after talking to several other companies, settled on Precision for price and availability and warranty. The scheduling folks were very helpful in offering us several options for more rapid installation when cancellations occurred before our scheduled date, and never argued when we were unable to accommodate a change in date. On the scheduled date, the two man crew arrived early in the stated window of time, and were polite, efficient and very friendly andprofessional. They completed an entire replacement of the double garage door, rails and belt drive opener in just over 2 hours and cleaned up the entire area spotlessly when done. They explained the use and care of the door as well as the warranty and told us if there were any concerns to just call and Precision Door would come back and make things right. The door is beautiful, the weather stripping and rails are perfectly installed as is the opener, and the operation of the door is smooth and nearly silent. I would give them my unconditional reference.

My garage door's electric eye safety unit was knocked askew. I called yesterday afternoon and got an appointment for today. Stu the repairman was prompt, helpful, efficient, and friendly. He realigned the electruc eye units. He also replaced the wheels in my garage door and lubricated other parts. The door works smoothly and quietly now. He also offered advice if we need service in the future, based on his observations of our garage.
