Had a door opener problem. Mario called when he was on his way. He diagnosed my problem and gave me repair options. Made my choice and repairs were made an hour later. Problem solved. Not painless, but necessary. Very pleased with Mario and the work done. I will use you if and when I need service in the future.

Jake did an outstanding job in replacing our garage door opener. He was very thorough and explained everything to us in great detail that we could understand. We are so happy now that we have a garage door that can open and don’t have to worry about being late to medical appointments because the garage door kept staying open and would not close. Thank you again Jake for a job well done.

They installed our new garage door 2 years ago. We are very happy with it and the work performed. Yesterday my door would only go up half way. I called and a tech was here at 8:15 this morning. He was professional and friendly. Explained everything. You guys do a great job!

Garage coils snapped and things were not going well - called Precision and technician came out next morning, which was perfect Craig was very knowledgeable and kind. He helped me make choices for what I needed and didn’t upsell- which is fabulous! He did a great job and as weird as it is, I’m super excited about the new opener and other parts! Less stressed!!! Which is priceless!

So glad we decided to go with Precision, they were understanding and prompt with their services. Mario was an excellent technician. He walked through everything we asked about and didn’t mind the “dumb questions” that we had. He was also able to fix the issue we had on the spot and was able to finish in about an hour. Again, we are so happy to have gone with Precision and will recommend them to anyone who needs a fix to their garage.

Our electric garage door suddenly stopped closing. We called Precision for help and were surprised at how quickly they came to our house. Colin Horsch, the service technician, soon found the problem, educated us on the cause and provided additional info on what to look for in the future. All taken care of within two hours of our call.

Brian really helped with us since we are first time home buyers. He did a thorough breakdown and explanation to the proper and needed fixing on our garage door and all other garage door discrepancies. The components he fixed and upgraded were so worth it! And the aftermath instructions and explanation was very easy to understand and follow!

We chose Precision Overhead Garage Door because we had a garage door installed by this company last year and we were having some issues with the door (it became noisy when opening and closing). Hector, the installer, came out and solved our problem immediately. He was very kind and explained again about the simple maintenance that should be done occasionally which we had neglected to do. He took his time to show us how to do this (again) and answer any questions we had. Very professional and helpful! Thank you Hector!!!!

The gent who stopped by today was great. Patient as we have a unique application. This was not a repair…it would be a new install ‘inside’ the home. Dude was class. Thank you.

Good communication with Mario the technician, estimate cost & time frame discussed before work stated, technician showed all completed work ,asked if I had questions, would have been nice if he swept up when he was done, I understand it's a garage but, a small mess is still a mess

When I called yesterday the CSR was helpful and got somebody lined up to come out the next day between 8:00 am and noon. Marion showed up at about 8:30 am, went through the repair job and showed me not only what he would do to fix the door but also what else I should consider having him repair before it caused more problems. He was friendly, easy to talk to, informative, and did an excellent job. He worked fast and had the job done within an hour. If I need more work done, I will definitely call these guys and I will definitely ask for Mario.
