I had a broken garage door spring, Precision came out and quoted me a price of almost $1,300. wanted to do a total replacement of all wheels, rollers, etc. on a garage door in very good shape. I told them I was going to hire someone else and they lowered their price to $540 to replace the springs. took the guy 15 min and he was out. I had a quote of $400 from another company but they were booked for 2 days so I gave Precision a try. Never again.

Our garage door broke yesterday, wouldn't open. We called Precision who came this morning and fixed it. We had Precision fix our door 3 1/2 years ago when rollers and track had to be replaced. Jacob Lewandowski was the technician and was so helpful explaining what needed to be repaired. Only took 1 1/2 hrs and our door is quieter than it has ever been in the 6 1/2 years we've lived here. Thanks for the fast response and service! My garage door spring broke on a Sunday evening. I called and was scheduled for an appointment the next day first thing in the morning. I was really pleased with the quickness of the service. My garage door was rusted almost completely through and I was afraid it would collapse. They came out quickly, assessed my door, gave me an estimate with 3 cost options and fixed door within a couple of hours. Pedro was courteous informative and answered all my questions and told me how to do quarterly maintenance. I would definitely use them again.
