Great to do business with. Appointment was set for between 12 and 4pm. Technician Matthew called and arrived early. He explained my options was very professional and courteous. Installed new garage door opener and explained operation. Would definitely use Precision Garage Doors again

Garage door worked fine but small pieces of plastic appearing on track rollers and floor. I gave it a hard once over but couldn't find anything. Called Precision as the previously serviced door ( springs, cables rollers) and did great professional work, Service on this call done by Colin very knowledgeable and professional. Spent almost 30 minutes checking door, track, rollers and operator and found door in great operating shape. While he was up on ladder I saw what we believe to be the culprit a Styrofoam kit board up in rafters that someone had been chewing on. I'll blow out garage but I think although a strange problem Colin Fixed my door problem.

It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon when I tried to close my garage door, but it refused to comply. I saw that one of my cables was loose and the other looked like spaghetti noodles, all loose and twisted. I called Precision and was able to secure a spot on Sunday. The garage door tech called a half hour before arrival and got at our house promptly. He was very knowledgeable and recommended new rollers as ours had some wear. He replaced them and redid our cables. He was very efficient and got the job done quickly. I was so relieved to get the work done on a Sunday, especially by a wonderful tech. Looked on the internet and Precision popped up on a Saturday late afternoon. I called to get someone locally based on Wisconsin zip code. I explained the problem (the garage door would not close unless I used the key and held it down until door closed); opening was not a problem but closing the door(even though it wanted to because the motor up top kept lighting and clicking). I cleared both sensors and tried to move one (blinking yellow) but I could not make any difference. Precision made an appointment for that Monday morning. When the technician arrived, he was able to evaluate not only the old sensors but the cables, rollers and brackets were all rotted/rusted and wired connections were interrupted. They also did a counter balance reset and cleaned up door system. This garage door was installed over 25 years ago and when shown the issues, I found it was something I never knew about the door - those areas were truly rusted and in bad shape. Also, I really had no idea what the cost would be, I am 80 yrs old and needed this fixed, so I was really thrown at first to find even with senior discount it came to $870..... but the technician Ahmad Perkins did a great job, understood what I needed and explained how it all worked together, educated me on things I never understood and allowed me to ask a lot of questions. Ahmad patiently answered all my questions, went through all the maintenance and parts, what he replaced showing me on the door how they should work and even updates on what to watch for (like the eyes blinking or the spring that is also old) if the door didn't lift - showing me also the manual pull and how to disengage by hand to open & close the door (he made it easier and lighter to lift for me if I had an emergency). I'm very happy I called Precision, even though it was costly I got excellent service right away with a very polite and knowledgeable technician. All fixed ! I'm a Very Satisfied Customer !!

They have weekend service and don't charge extra for it, the service tech was on time polite and did an excellent job explained everything he was doing

We had Mario come out today to help us assess whether we should replace our springs or replace our old garage door as a whole. I don’t often write reviews but he exceeded all expectations we had today. He didn’t push us either way and gave us a ton of insights and time to discuss before making a decision. I would definitely work with Mario again and love that we are supporting a veteran owned and operated business.

Richard B Scheduling went well but scheduler was somewhat difficult to understand. Serviceman was prompt and courteous. The installation was quick and function is fully restored. Cost of single spring installation seemed somewhat high, mainly on the spring component.

Jake did an outstanding job in replacing our garage door opener. He was very thorough and explained everything to us in great detail that we could understand.
