Craig did a fantastic job of analyzing the issue and then explaining what needed to get fixed in simple terms. He was quick but thorough, friendly throughout, and provided helpful tips regarding maintaining the garage door and the couple items we will want to be budgeting for in the future, given the life expectancy of the unit.

I made a new friend yesterday. His name is Ahmad, and he’s a service technician for Precision Garage Doors. After three days, on and off the phone, of trying to reconnect my garage door to my WiFi app with Chamberlain “customer service, I decided to call my original garage door installer, Precision. What Chamberlain could not accomplish in three days, Ahmad did in just a few minutes. I cannot thank him enough. I highly, highly recommend Precision for all your garage door repair needs.

A courteous, talented hard working person was sent to my home. He knew exactly how to proceed. I believe his name was Amaad. (I could be off with the pronunciation or spelling.) I would recommend him to anyone who needs their garage door serviced. He installed a new set of springs because one of mine was broken. He also installed a new belt since mine was shredding and in obvious need of replacement. He put in a new opener after testing my old one and finding it was no longer up to the task The name of your business came through word of mouth.

The service Tech Ahmad Perkins was very respectful explained everything, he helped me get the right price I felt comfortable with him. An employee like Ahmad is very hard to find these days. I will be sharing your company to all my friends and also tell them to request Ahmad. Thanks again, Jimmy Cruz

Bill Del Pozo installed a new garage door opener for me. It was a hot and humid day, but he worked on thru it. Nice personality, good worker and thorough. Not always found these days. Would recommend him.

I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism of the company and in particular technician Jake Roszina. He carefully explained what I needed and what wasn’t necessary to replace work was done quickly and the new opener and repairs on door work great. I’ve already recommended him to family.

Precision installed my doors years ago, and I had some trouble with one. I called them and they came out same day to address the issue. The tech was prompt, friendly, and professional. He had the issue corrected in half an hour, and even greased the door as well! I didn’t pay a cent as the warranty covered everything. I wouldn’t hesitate to call precision again for any kind of work!

Precision offered me next-day service on a holiday, which I declined, but they were able to be here on the very next business day, accommodating my preference for an afternoon appointment. Kurt arrived early on in the time frame they had given me, and made all the needed repairs within a very short time. He explained everything very well, was professional, courteous and personable. I had seen Precision advertised on TV, and am so glad I called them. I recommend them very highly!

Colin arrived yesterday right on time to replace our old opener. Was glad to have someone come on the 4th of July weekend. Explained very well the options we had. Examined all the old door components to see if they were still good. Our old opener died after 17 years. Put in all new opener and new keypads. Camera on new unit a nice touch, Was a little more expensive that I thought it would be, but so is everything else nowadays. Was done in less than 2 hours, Cleaned up very well and hauled offer all the old pieces .

Our spring broke and our vehicles were trapped. I was able to get an appointment within two hours of my call on the Saturday after the Fourth of July. Technician Matthew Berends was friendly, thorough, and explained options for the broken spring as well as some other general maintenance, but did not force the issue as an upsell if I didn’t want the work done. Work was done in a timely manner and done well. I would use this company again and recommend them.

Precision Garage Door was installed June 2022. Called Precision when in July 2025, door had lifting issues, began shaking & making a popping noise after recent drastic changes in temperature & humidity. With help from Newer Technician & Supervisor, we purchased key pad, upgraded opener system &, of course, obtained more Precision spray lubricant as all garage doors I have ever owned have needed minimal regular upkeep/lubrication of metal track & roller system. Door is now quieter than before & entire family is pleased with keypad that eliminates need for others to remember to carry opener.

Nobody likes to spend money; however, when I do have to spend it, I want to get a sense of value out of the deal, and I did here. First off, being able to book an appointment 24 hours a day is a great service. Knowing I did not have to call first thing in the morning and hope to get on the schedule really gave me piece of mind. The tech showed up right in the middle of the time window, was professional, and got the job done correctly. I will have no problems recommending them to others in the future.

Discovered a broken spring on my garage door. Called Precision and within an hour and a half Matt showed up. He was very professional and friendly. He inspected the entire system and and quoted a solution. It was amazing how quickly Matt was able to fix my problem! He reviewed all that he had done and demonstrated the door working perfectly. The follow up included an email with details as well as pictures. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend!! Thanks.

Outstanding!!! Your guy Matt gave me real hope for the future of young people in the work place. He replaced our garage door opener and asked if I had questions and answered them all with the wisdom of someone who cared. I managed hardware stores all my life,I know people and that young man is a gift but something tells me you already know that. By the way I never answer these comment requests but this time I truly had to! Hats off to you and Matt! Thanks again! Randolph Belongia sr.
