Our spring broke and our vehicles were trapped. I was able to get an appointment within two hours of my call on the Saturday after the Fourth of July. Technician Matthew Berends was friendly, thorough, and explained options for the broken spring as well as some other general maintenance, but did not force the issue as an upsell if I didn’t want the work done. Work was done in a timely manner and done well. I would use this company again and recommend them.

Precision Garage Door was installed June 2022. Called Precision when in July 2025, door had lifting issues, began shaking & making a popping noise after recent drastic changes in temperature & humidity. With help from Newer Technician & Supervisor, we purchased key pad, upgraded opener system &, of course, obtained more Precision spray lubricant as all garage doors I have ever owned have needed minimal regular upkeep/lubrication of metal track & roller system. Door is now quieter than before & entire family is pleased with keypad that eliminates need for others to remember to carry opener.

Nobody likes to spend money; however, when I do have to spend it, I want to get a sense of value out of the deal, and I did here. First off, being able to book an appointment 24 hours a day is a great service. Knowing I did not have to call first thing in the morning and hope to get on the schedule really gave me piece of mind. The tech showed up right in the middle of the time window, was professional, and got the job done correctly. I will have no problems recommending them to others in the future.

Discovered a broken spring on my garage door. Called Precision and within an hour and a half Matt showed up. He was very professional and friendly. He inspected the entire system and and quoted a solution. It was amazing how quickly Matt was able to fix my problem! He reviewed all that he had done and demonstrated the door working perfectly. Found my garage door in distress when I got home yesterday, made a phone call and spoke to their evening on call person. He was great, made me feel like they had me without being sales-ee. Made an appointment for the very next morning with a window of 8am-10am. Garage door worked fine but small pieces of plastic appearing on track rollers and floor. I gave it a hard once over but couldn't find anything. Called Precision as the previously serviced door ( springs, cables rollers) and did great professional work, Service on this call done by Colin very knowledgeable and professional. Spent almost 30 minutes checking door, track, rollers and operator and found door in great operating shape. While he was up on ladder I saw what we believe to be the culprit a Styrofoam kit board up in rafters that someone had been chewing on. I'll blow out garage but I think although a strange problem Colin Fixed my door problem.
