The installers were friendly and professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently. Their office told us that they would be at our home between 8:00am and 11:00am but the installers were told to show up between 1:00pm 4:00pm. So to us they were 4 hours late but to them they were on time.

I am over the top happy with the service I received from your company. From the initial phone call to schedule service to the finished product I felt like I really mattered. Mario called to confirm his arrival time and from then on it was amazing. At first Mario told me he couldn't touch my door because it wasn't installed professionally the first time but after a short consultation we decided the best route for me. I am so pleased I went with his recommendations. Mario was very professional and very knowledgeable so I feel very good about the decision. And it only took him about 2 1/2 hours. I would recommend Precision to anyone in need of garage door repair. If I could give you a million stars I would! Thank you so much! One less thing for me to worry about.

Came on time, did what they said they would do as far as repair work. I was told a detailed copy of the bill would be emailed to me--haven't received it as of today, September 12, 2025.

The technician who repaired our garage door was excellent! He was very friendly and went right to work. He explained what he was going to do and when finished, he explained how to care for the rollers, etc. I will definitely continue to call Precision Garage Door Service when I have other problems with my garage door. Thank you, Helen

The technician Craig Renzaglia was extremely nice and knowledgeable and gave us multiple options to get our garage operating again. He showed us other things that needed to be replaced and explained why, but still gave us the options to keep it more affordable. We decided to do what he recommended because he really seems like an honest guy. He performed the labor im a timely manner, and our garage opens and closes flawlessly. This is our second time using Precision and we have been satisfied both times.

I can't say enough about Precision and the representative Todd that came out. His credibility was instantly affirmed and was very clearly looking to be fair. I had to talk HIM into letting me just replace the door instead of a bottom panel on an older door. He was right to tell me to leave the opener alone. I was treated poorly by another company who was not, in fact, #1, and was treated so we'll with Precision.

This is the 2nd time I’ve had Precision out for my garage door needs. I couldn’t be happier with both my experiences. I even had my daughter contact them for service on her garage door. She was extremely satisfied as well. Prompt, Professional, Courteous, Knowledgeable and Friendly service is what you get!!

Being new to the area, I let the online reviews be my guide. I was able to schedule next day service to have a new garage door opener installed. The technician Jake, arrived at my home early, explained the features of the units that were available, and then went right to work. In just over an hour, the opener was installed. Jake explained the operation and was on his way leaving the garage as neat as it was before performing the service.

Thank you for your quick response. Colin was very professional and friendly. He explained things well. I know pricing today is what it is. I'm a retired contractor myself. I did have someone who was suppose to show in the morning, they replied after Colin arrived. They said an emergency came up. I know that can happen but at least call to inform us. That's how I would treat my clients and I'd hope you would do the same. Thank you

I chose your company based on the reviews I read. It pretty much was a "shot in the dark" decision as I wanted a company that services the Whitewater area, which isn't exactly overrun with garage door specialists and none with your companies experience and positive reviews. Matthew Berends was excellent, obviously has a lot of experience and very personable. As they say, "this wasn't his first rodeo"! The job went much faster than expected, the site was cleaned up before he left, and the details of the function of the remotes, the remote key pad, safeties and an explanation of programming the remote function in one of my cars were informative. If I still owned my engineering company he's the type of employee I'd hire! Great job.

Mario was professional, informative, efficient and pleasant to work with. He arrived on time and was finished in the time that he estimated. Mario left my garage as tidy as he found it. I am completely satisfied with the work that he did.

No buddy wants to start off there day with a garage door that won’t open. Matthew showed up on time, with a smile on his face and an understanding of my problem, which immediately gave me the comfort I made the right call to fix my issue. Would recommend them to anyone with garage door issues.

The Technician that serviced our overhead garage door on 08/21/2025, Amad, was both professional and personable. Amad made both Vicki and I feel like we were valued customers of Precision as he addressed the problem we were having with our overhead garage door. When Amad efficiently completed his work, we were very happy to be customers of your company and will continue to recommend "Precision Overhead Garage Doors" to our friends and family.
