Craig was very courteous and installed my new motor quickly. He was kind enough to also adjust the hanging bracket so the belt doesn't rub on the overhead door anymore. A good asset to your company.

We choose Precision Garage Door over other companies because they could come out on Sunday without charging us a ridiculous fee because we work doing the week. Brian was awesome to work with! He explained everything and was willing to give me a few moments to process everything that happened with our garage door. I will recommend you guys to everyone I know.

Very pleased with initial installation and the people involved. They were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The product is first class as are the people. This also applies to the repair person who showed up early and found the issue immediately. Can’t say enough good things about the service.

Happy with person sent here was courteous and friendly. I was a shocked how much more the service cost over the estimate. I didn't recall the one piece rail was quoted at $200. If I would of known i I probably wouldn't have had that installed. I am currently not working because of a recent surgery so trying to manage expenses carefully.

Thank you for the excellent service. I clipped the lowest panel on my garage door, and thought, oh no, this won't get fixed today (and a little embarrassing). Called Precision, Marco came out. Called me when he got to our house (I was away at an appointment). Said he could repair today. I was so thankful. Got home, and door looked like new. I'd give Marco and Precision 10 out of 10 kudos. Highly recommend to anyone, they'll be glad they chose Precision (and ask for Marco). Blessed regards. Larry
