Matthew called ahead and arrived on time for my job with a smile. He was extremely personable and took his time to diagnose the issue with my garage door not closing. Matthew gave me multiple options based on budget for how to proceed, and offered his expertise and advice when I had questions - which was greatly appreciated. The work was done quickly and efficiently to replace aging springs and other components, and in the end my garage door opens just like it should again! I would recommend the services Matthew and Precision Door Service provide!

The technician (Jake) called and said he would be able to come sooner than the agreed appt. time and asked if it was ok. He was about an hour early. He was to figure out why door wouldn't close. After performing many maintenance checks, he determined that the motor burned out on the garage door opener. The unit was about 15 years old. He was very knowledgeable and courteous when talking with him. Showed respect to me and the problem. That is not seen today that often. I asked about the cost of a new garage door. Ours was over 20 years old. He checked with the office and got me a price for a new door. He said that if I was to buy a new door, that he recommended that I install both the door and opener at the same time. It made sense to me. I would definitely recommend PGD of Wisconsin to my friends or relatives for any problems they might encounter.

First, I called this morning and shortly after got a call from Kurt, who had an opening in his schedule and could be here in 30 minutes. Then, he inspected and corrected numerous installation errors from when the door was initially installed and said his company would stand behind it and fix the issues. Kurt was prepared, knowledgeable, patient, explained things completely and in a way my wife and I could understand, and truly cared about the installation. I would recommend Precision and Kurt very highly. They were outstanding!!!!

We had a spring break late Friday night and I thought we'd be stuck without a functional door for days. Fortunately, I reached Precision and my phone call was answered by a live person - even on a Saturday morning! An appt was set for the next day (Sunday). Colin was a great tech; called ahead to confirm he was on his way with an ETA, showed up in logo'd gear and van so I knew it was him, walked through the issue with me, patiently went through the repair requirements and maintenance options, then went right to work as soon as we had agreed on next steps. He was finished faster than I thought he'd be, he went through again what he'd fixed, worked through the billing, and was on his way. Overall, a great experience and I'll be calling Precision again with any future needs.

After suspecting a broken spring on our garage door opener late Wednesday night after taking garbage cans out, I knew I'd have to search for online repair sites. I checked out various companies and chose Precision Door based primarily on reviews. I also liked that it was a Veteran owned company, as my husband is a Vietnam veteran. A technician named Jake R. showed up at my door within a few hours of my call, and he also called to let me know he was on his way. He was so courteous and respectful...and he was a dog lover as well which made our Phoebe more comfortable. Ruff, ruff! Jake diagnosed the issues immediately. He's very knowledgeable about his job and is eager to educate anyone who needs to know more about garage door opener springs, rollers, cables, brackets, boxes, keypads, etc. I got Garage Door Opener Class 101 in a matter of minutes! He was also sure to explain the differing 3 plans and their financial comparisons. There was no pressure on which plan to choose. I felt that Jake was refreshingly authentic and has a high work standard. He is an exemplary representative of Precision Door. I will highly recommend your company to others in need. We recently had service work done on our garage. We were extremely impressed with level of customer service with the receptionist. They were able to come out the next day on labor day within the timeframe explained to us. Joe and Pedro did exceptional work and went into detail pertaining to all of our options. Very honest approach and did a wonderful job in fixing our garage. They also went above and beyond and sent a follow up text to outline maintenance. I would highly recommend them.
