Happy with person sent here was courteous and friendly. I was a shocked how much more the service cost over the estimate. I didn't recall the one piece rail was quoted at $200. If I would of known i I probably wouldn't have had that installed. I am currently not working because of a recent surgery so trying to manage expenses carefully.

Thank you for the excellent service. I clipped the lowest panel on my garage door, and thought, oh no, this won't get fixed today (and a little embarrassing). Called Precision, Marco came out. Called me when he got to our house (I was away at an appointment). Said he could repair today. I was so thankful. Got home, and door looked like new. I'd give Marco and Precision 10 out of 10 kudos. The installers were friendly and professional. They did the job quickly and efficiently. Their office told us that they would be at our home between 8:00am and 11:00am but the installers were told to show up between 1:00pm 4:00pm. So to us they were 4 hours late but to them they were on time.

At first Mario told me he couldn't touch my door because it wasn't installed professionally the first time but after a short consultation we decided the best route for me. I am so pleased I went with his recommendations. Mario was very professional and very knowledgeable so I feel very good about the decision. And it only took him about 2 1/2 hours. The technician Craig Renzaglia was extremely nice and knowledgeable and gave us multiple options to get our garage operating again. He showed us other things that needed to be replaced and explained why, but still gave us the options to keep it more affordable. We decided to do what he recommended because he really seems like an honest guy. He performed the labor im a timely manner, and our garage opens and closes flawlessly. I can't say enough about Precision and the representative Todd that came out. His credibility was instantly affirmed and was very clearly looking to be fair. I had to talk HIM into letting me just replace the door instead of a bottom panel on an older door. He was right to tell me to leave the opener alone. I was treated poorly by another company who was not, in fact, #1, and was treated so we'll with Precision.
