Kurt Schneider was an excellent repair person and educator both -- he'll fix the problem you have but by the time he leaves you'll know more about your garage system as a whole and be better able to manage your setup.

I am extremally satisfied with your technician Pedro Vazquez. He did an outstanding job. He informed me what was wrong. gave me options to consider and price, and then repaired the spring assembly. He was considerate, professional and thorough. He checked the complete door, brackets, cables, opener and spring assembly, and then made all the necessary adjustments. He then informed me how to maintain it and suggested a few things I could do to improve on it. You are very fortunate to have a technician as qualified and knowable as Pedro. Aaron came to our house Sunday morning to repair a broken garage spring. He was very knowledgeable about everything that the door needed, and suggested some things that could also be taken care of but without high pressure salesmanship. He had everything that was needed to do the job with him,and was done quickly. Finished and cleaned everything up and explained all the work after it was completed..Great guy and great company that we also used at our previous house.

I'm very pleased with my entire experience with Precision. I called on a Saturday expecting a following week appointment, but to my surprise it was the next day, a Sunday, and no extra charge. Colin was the service tech who repaired our garage door. We had a broken spring. He was very personable, knowledgeable and professional. After seeing the problem, he gave us several options to make the repair. He explained each option to us with the advantages and expectations of each. After we decided on how he was to make the repair, he completed the repair in a timely manner. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any kind of garage repairs. We have had other companies, and they don't compare. If we have any more garage door problems, we will be calling only Precision and we hope, we get Colin again.

Jacob was great! He was quick and efficient getting the new garage door opener installed and working. He answered all questions I had. Had no issues setting up an appointment in an online chat and the chat person answered all questions that I had. Also, technician arrive within the appointment window and called to let us know he was on his way and when to expect his arrival.

I work at an airport and needed weekend repair of a broken door cable to continue our operations. Waited for a day for the technician to come out which I suppose is reasonable for a weekend. When the technician showed up he was very friendly and professional but stated that it was a commercial door that he couldn't work on. I was very clear about the style and type of door with the person that took the original call and find the outcome very unacceptable. Hopefully this review will possibly help the next person with the same situation.

This is the second time we've had Precision Door Service work on our, at least 24-year-old, door and they are awesome. First, they replaced the bottom seal and it fits and works perfectly. This time we needed to replace the rollers, springs, and bearings. Even though they recommended some other work, Kurt Schneider, explained it all and totally understood us just wanting to start with this work first. He completed the work so quickly and expertly and didn't mind me watching to see how it is all done. Thanks for your great work and we've already recommended you to others.

This is a revised comment of garage door. After one and one half year of service the door makes snapping noises when raising and lowering. Have also found hinge screws on garage floor. There appears to be several loose screws. Previous garage door did not have this issue after 15 years. I would hesitate recommending this company’s product. Gene Moran
