Exceeded Expectations! After a contractor did work on my garage floor, my door stopped working. I tried figuring it out by myself, but needed help. Because it was on a Sunday, I asked for an afternoon time window because I had church in the morning. My service tech, Ahmad, arrived early and waited until I returned. Grateful! He then fixed the problem, after explaining what happened. He was very polite and thorough. I highly recommend your company, and Ahmad!

When we suddenly had to remove our garage door opener in 2024, we called two business based on Valpack coupons & checked customer reviews. We were in a panic & liked what we read about Precision. We called both businesses & Precision was able to come out that day. So, on a Sunday when the spring broke on our garage door, we called Precision & they were here in less than 2 hours. It's all about price, timing & good customer service. Precision checked all 3 boxes.

I was very very happy with my experience on yesterday. Craig was my tech. He is very very valuable to this company. He was very courteous and very knowledgeable. He knows his craft. He explained everything before starting the job with options and prices. After coming to an agreement the job was professionally done with speed. I was surprised he had completed everything so quickly. He installed a garage door opener with 2 new remotes, installed new sensors and a new wall switches. He told me this opener would be quieter and it is very quiet. Wow!! As you can see I am very impressed and pleased with Craig and his work. Thank you

Technician arrived when they said they would. Assessed the damage but went above and beyond to inspect the whole garage door. Said everything else looked great and didn’t try to upsell anything. Mario was fantastic. Lubricated everything and the door sounds better than when it was new. In and out in an hour. Great service all around.

Initially impressed that I was able to get scheduled to have a technician come to my house on a holiday weekend to fix my garage door. The technician identified that the he hardware on the track hanger was loose and stripping out of the ceiling causing a lot of play in the tracks. Technician also identified that the springs on both sides snapped. Technician repaired the springs, however neglected to fix any of the other identified issues. A couple days later 9/2/25, I spoke with a representative who told me as soon as my payment of close to $1600 cleared I would be issued a refund for $175. On 9/19/25 after the payment had cleared for several days I called to check on the status. At the ti.e I was told the person who issues the refunds was "out of the country and just returned, and I should receive my refund in the mail by Thursday 9/26/25. By 10/3/25 still no check and I called for an update. Was told by the lady on the phone they would look into it and call me back. After not receiving a call back I called again on 10/7/25, and was again told that the person who issues refund checks was out of town. Know, 10/20/26 still nothing. Not pleased, and am left to believe there was never an intention to issue the refund and was lied to, in order to try and save face.

I would give 7 stars if I could! Craig was fast, courteous, personable and efficient. Obviously knew what he was doing! Replaced the springs on one door and tuned up 2 doors in less than an hour! I will recommend Precision door service and use them exclusively from now on.

The door had worked for quite a while with broken springs. But, yesterday, the last spring broke leaving me with no access to my garage. I picked out service from this company by using my computer. I picked the first phone number that was available and called it yesterday. My appointment was set for today some time between 2 and 6 p.m. The technician arrived about 4 hours early. He showed me the damage that had occurred in my garage and with my order, proceeded to replace all of the damaged equipment and render the garage door fully workable once again. I would like to offer high gratitude to the technician whose work is of the highest quality. In person, he is a really nice guy. AFJ

A salesperson showed up the same day I called and provided samples that could be reviewed with my existing conditions. Unfortunately, an estimate was not provided right away so I have to wait to make a decision about which company to go with. A approximate range was provided initially but that could be nearly $800 more than the estimate from the first company…and the approximate time for installation was several weeks further out than the first company. Both companies are reputable so I will give Precision a little time to get back to me with a final estimate.

Had another company out who misdiagnosed the issue (said it was sensors) and had no stock to fix anyway. Precision was amazing. They came out fast, on time for appointment, and fixed our bent rail quickly. They have stocked trucks to address issues. Our technician was awesome.

I got an appointment less than 1 day after requesting. Technician was on time. Immediately diagnosed problem and had all necessary supplies. Was able to install new opener and fix the door (25+ years old… so it was time) immediately. Professional, knowledgeable, provided several options for me. New opener works great thus far. Excellent, fast service!
