A friend of mine that is a tool & die maker recommended your company. We've known each other long enough that I value and follow his recommendations. The repair did not take long and Jake was very friendly and personable. He completed the task and reminded me to lubricate the equipment every 6 months.

The repairman was knowledgeable and experienced. He explained the options available and he was able to replace the door wheels and up-date the garage door opener all in the same visit. I am very happy with my new belt operated motor that is best for my heavy wooden garage door. He even installed new sturdier ceiling mounts for the motor (and they match the ones for the rest of the ceiling mounts).

Called in the morning and had Matthew on site in 4 hours to inspect our garage door that would not open. He quickly identified the problem as a broken spring but also spent time explaining to use the life expectancy of all the individual items that make up your garage door system and how they work together. We ended up replacing a couple other items as well that had not yet failed but were showing some wear. Matthew was a very professional and knowledgeable individual, we will use Precision for all future service as long as Matthew is the repair tech.

The initial phone call was very professional and she was helpful and understood my urgency. The technician spent a long time working on our garage to make it perfect! Excellent service. My garage door had been causing problems for quite some time, and I figured it was going to be a major expense to have it repaired. The repair cost was way more than reasonable, and I will certainly rely on this firm if future repairs are needed.

Precision Door did an outstanding job on the garage door installation. The sales rep did a good job explaining the products available. I feel the price paid was fair. The only down side was waiting about 10 weeks to get the door installed. I think the office could of kept us better informed on the status. We ended up calling the office a couple times for an update. Bob
