Rob Larson was extremely helpful. He got the door repaired quickly on a cold blizzard day. He was knowledgable and explained my options well. I would certaily ask for him again if I need any more work done. The person who also answered the phone the day that I called was very nice and squeezed me in a busy day when I couldn't get my door up or down.

I couldn't have been happier with the repair, and the 2 repairmen who did the work. They actually arrived a little early, and completed the task in a short period of time despite the fact that I didn't have a key to move the vehicle parked in the garage.

I saw your ad in the yellow pages. The larger ad gave me a better explanation of the services you provide. I was able to see that you service my brand of garage door opener and that you're registered with the Better Business Bureau. I also appreciated the fact that your ad listed the price for a service call. Your technician fully explained my options, his recommendations, and the price of each service. The work was very well done and quite prompt.

We were grateful that your technicians could show up in a few hours to repair our garage door which was stuck. They (there was a new person in training) came promptly were very positive, able, thorough. Rob advised us on the most practical way to take care of the immediate problem and avoid future mishaps. I was impressed by the professionalism of your company's response to my call and the followup email with pictures and bios of the technicians. We will certainly recommend your company. Thanks.
