On Tuesday 24th October Mike G came to repair my garage coil spring. After checking the door Mike gave me my options and didn't try to pressure me into purchasing any option, which I greatly appreciated. Rob was out to replace the weather stripping at the bottom of the door. When he was here he did a 25 point inspection (included in the price of service call) and found that our opener needed a gear assembly replaced. There was no high pressure to have this work done today. He just gave us the facts so we could decide what to do. I appreciated this very much.

Stu Ellenberger was my assigned technician and he came out promptly, did a complete inspection and overhaul of my garage door, rollers, torsion spring, steel cabling, and gave my garage door opener a good inspection. After he completely replaced the rollers, cables, spring, the garage door opened so painlessly with my old garage door opener. I made the decision to also replace the old garage door opener with a new one that Precision Door carried, the Liftmaster with battery backup. You can barely hear the garage door open and close now. The new opener is great. Stu's technical skills are top-notch and his customer service is above reproach! I will definitely recommend Precision Door and Stu Ellenberger to any friends/family I know in the area that need this type of service.

A job well done. Stu was there on time, he gave me a quick break down on what he needed to do and suggested new rollers for the door. He was in and out in under an hour. The prices were a little higher than expected but there wasn't any high pressure sales and my broken spring was fixed quicker than expected.
