First off, the technicians DID introduce themselves. They were pleasant and polite. They programmed 2 new remotes very quickly for me & pointed out that I needed new rollers. When I said I had just lost one of my jobs, he said they would last until at least Spring. I made a note to call your company in April. Five days later, my door would not go up. It would rise 6-9" and slowly go back down. The SAME 2 techs came today and discovered very quickly that the door was getting caught on the license plate of my car (that last night I backed the car in due to cold weather). I backed up the car a few inches and the door rose (like a miracle!) :) I felt extremely foolish but they assured me that I need not. When I said to come in & I'd write them a check; they said there would be no charge today. He said "Just call us in Spring to do those rollers." How nice was that? My income has really diminished right now so every dollar really counts. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am. I will definitely be calling your company in Spring AND I will highly recommend your company to anyone who needs a company such as yours. Plus while telling my friends/co-workers my embarrassing story will mention your company as well. Please investigate which two techs came out and give them some well-deserved praise & a pat on the back...they not only deserve it but will assure you a bright & prosperous business future. Thank you.

Precision's ad in the Yellow Pages led me to them, and I'm glad it did. The service was outstanding. Stu explained everything very clearly and in two days I had a brand new door and a new opener which has features that I like very much. The installer, Tom, was excellent and also explained the features very thoroughly. My overall impression of Precision Doors is that the entire company is focused like a laser on customer satisfaction. In my view that is the focus that is most important when dealing with any company. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door repair or installation.

Stu was able to show up very quickly after I called because my very old garage door opener/spring fell apart and I couldn't get out of my garage. He removed the old spring so I could get out and replaced everything so I now have a working garage door opener which is very quiet. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company.

Great experience. Called to have our garage door repaired and they were able to get a service technician out within a few hours. The technician quickly fixed the problem and went above and beyond what needed to be repaired (which we appreciated). Would highly recommend this company!

Precision Overhead Door made my day!!!! My appointment was arranged for the same day that I called which is great customer service. I am still waiting for a call from a competitor. My technician Chris, arrived right on time and took the time to explain to me exactly what occurred to cause my door to break as well as providing several options to choose from for my repair. The spring on the garage was replaced quickly and allowed me to continue with my errands for the day.

The tech was good, and fast. I would have rated 5 start if not for the phone rep who quoted me $99.00 per spring and after install the price for a different spring that was put in was $169.00 per spring. Phone rep should have informed me of the 2 choices and then when repair tech came out I could be the one to make the decision.

After calling about 10 garage door repair companies and seeking an evening appointment, I came across Precision Door Company. They didn't have crazy service fees for a 5 PM appointment, and they offered evening appointments! The receptionist who took my call was very pleasant and told me the technician would be out between 5pm & 7pm on a Friday evening. Great! The tech called about 4:30pm and told me he was running a little early and asked if it was OK if he could come early. No problem. My husband chatted with him and he had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of arriving. He fixed the door, the price was very reasonable, the tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Excellent service, especially for a Friday night after 5pm! Thank You!
