Mike did an excellent job taking care of the problem with the garage door. He inspected the rollers and bearings along with replacing the broken spring. The tech was good, and fast. I would have rated 5 start if not for the phone rep who quoted me $99.00 per spring and after install the price for a different spring that was put in was $169.00 per spring. Phone rep should have informed me of the 2 choices and then when repair tech came out I could be the one to make the decision.

Precision Overhead Door made my day!!!! My appointment was arranged for the same day that I called which is great customer service. I am still waiting for a call from a competitor. My technician Chris, arrived right on time and took the time to explain to me exactly what occurred to cause my door to break as well as providing several options to choose from for my repair. The spring on the garage was replaced quickly and allowed me to continue with my errands for the day.

After calling about 10 garage door repair companies and seeking an evening appointment, I came across Precision Door Company. They didn't have crazy service fees for a 5 PM appointment, and they offered evening appointments! The receptionist who took my call was very pleasant and told me the technician would be out between 5pm & 7pm on a Friday evening. Great! The tech called about 4:30pm and told me he was running a little early and asked if it was OK if he could come early. No problem. My husband chatted with him and he had the problem diagnosed within 5 minutes of arriving. He fixed the door, the price was very reasonable, the tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Excellent service, especially for a Friday night after 5pm! Thank You!

Service call for a failed spring before 3pm guarantee was not met but as indicated the service fee was waived. Technician was right on time as scheduled with a convenient 1 hr window. Technician was quick and identified a frayed cable as well. Service was quick and seemed very thorough. While they did upswell springs, other costs/fees/markup seemed to creep up costs way more than indicated on the phone. Need to do a better job setting expectations of total repair in advance of service.
