The Technician was great as well as the service. My only issue was that when I called to get a quote, I was told that the price would be a service call plus parts. I was charged a fuel surcharge. I was not told that on the phone.

I found your business in the phone book and chose it because it was closest to my home and I needed repairs in a hurry. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful,and she sent Ken to my home within 45 min. He was also very pleasant and knew his job thoroughly. After explaining my problem to me and offering me several choices he proceeded with the extensive repairs immediately. He finished them in a timely manner and I am completely satisfied and happy with the results. I had never heard of Precision Door until now, but I consider myself lucky to have chosen them. I did like the video, but I most liked the fact that you gave a profile of the technician that would be coming out to my home, I felt more at ease. Ken was very professional when he came out and described what he was going to be doing and when he was finished he showed me what my old part looked like and what the new part looked like that he had replaced, he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. I was very pleased with his work, the price wasn't too bad, and I now have a working garage door that is actually a lot quieter then before. I will recommend Precision to others!

Jim was great but I am not happy about the "Save $20 on the service call" note in the yellow pages only to be told this is not valid unless you purchase something during the service call. Seems to me this $20 should be in addition to the $20 saved for buying parts. There is no fine print in the add mentioning this.

Our repair technician Jim Twombly is honest, courteous, and technically proficient in his craft. He pointed out exactly what needed repair, and the options that were available to us in order to get the job done. We opted for the Torsion Overhaul because in addition to the broken spring many of the moving parts were showing wear and rusting which I believe in time would have meant future service calls. And, after Jimâ??s detailed explanation of what we were getting in the repair package, the decision was obvious. Not only did he do an outstanding repair job, he explained the best maintenance method to use in order to keep the door in excellent working order and prolong the life of the moving parts and cables. The technician that came to work on my door was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped with some minor issues with the door, but soon realized that the garage door was not something he could fix. He let us know that we needed to have and industrial door repair man work on the door we have on our garage. He offered a no-charge for the visit since he was not able to fix the problem.

Was very pleased with the second trip by Precision. They resolved my problem without having to install a new opener. New rollers were installed in just a few minutes and the door seems like new to me now. While I'm still out the cost of an unneeded circuit board, I do feel good about the service I received and would call them again if needed. Same day service is hard to beat.

Service repairman Bakari Hernandez came to our home on a Sunday to investigate our opener which had stopped functioning. He quickly determined that our opener could not be repaired. He installed a new opener, explained the features and warranty, and removed our old opener and hardware.
