We found you in the yellow pages. Your ad gives a lot of information, which is reassuring. We were actually told to call a different company but they couldn't come same-day so we found you and are so glad we did. Rob was very cordial and zeroed in on the obvious immediately, which was too much stuff blocking the safety beam in front. If the rest of your techs are like Rob, you have a very fine organization and we will happily reccommend you without reservation. There are a lot of garages in this set of condos! I had a cable that snapped and a rusted roller. Mike called and scheduled the appointment in a very timely manner, was professional, and got the job done in a matter of 45 minutes. He explained what was to be done before hand, explained why both cables should be replaced, gave a price estimate, and left nothing to surprise. After having a laundry list of things that have needed repair at our house recently, Mike Gonyo has got to be the best technician I've ever dealt with. Mike was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. He showed me everything he was doing, offered all the options, explained why, and handled any questions or concerns that I threw at him. I would recommend Precision to anyone, and tell them to make sure they get Mike to do their work. Precision & Mike Gonyo should be very proud. NICE WORK!!!!!
