It is my fault I don't remember who came, I just know he had an accident with a deer. I had another person came out and they realized I had an old fixture and would have to come the next day. When evaluated it was realized that it would continue to break since it was an old setup and the door was heavy for our setup. I had recently lost my husband so it was helpful to get this fixed forever and not have to deal with it again. Thanks

I received great customer service. The two women I spoke with were fabulous, efficient & courteous. When Stu came out I was very pleased with him. He knew exactly what the problem was & fixed it very quickly. I was very impressed with the time he took too explain what the problem was and what too look for. I was expecting it to be very expensive but the price was great!
