When I initially called, the operator was very helpful and professional. She confirmed all of my information (last name is "Boden" by the way) and also stated I would receive an e-mail before the visit with photos of the technitian who would come to my house. However the e-mail did not come through until hours after the technitians had already left our house and the technitians who came were different than who she had said would be coming. The technitians were very polite, professional and informative. Having spoken to a few coworkers who had similar work done recently, we found the prices to be rather high for this type of service. But we did appreciate the prompt and professional service.

I found Precision Door on the web. Same day repair is what caught my eye! It was a pleasant experience from that point on. From the friendly gal that made the appointment, to the prompt arrival of Mike. I had 2 doors that were in need of repair. Mike explained everything before starting his work, and in about 45 minutes I had two working doors, that worked better that they ever had before. Mike was a super nice guy, and his work was top notch. The entire process from the time I called to schedule, to the finished job took about 3 and a half hours. Incredible. When my wife came home, I got a big hug.

Outstanding customer service. I originally called another company to repair my garage door and after two appointments and no one showing up, I called Precision. The appointment setter got me a same day appointment. Mike called me twice to confirm appt. and to let me know when he would arrive. He arrived on time and immediately started inspecting my door. I was impressed by the professionalism and speed in which he repaired the door. I would call Precision again if I have a garage door issue, because I know I will be treated professionally and no matter how small the job is they will make me feel as if I'm the most important customer they have. Thank you for doing such a great job!

I was pleased with the service. I am sorry, I do not remember the technicians names, but they were very knowledgeable, and shared that with me. They adjusted the spring and the door works fine now. What I was not ready for was the final bill. When I called in, someone told me the service call price (69.95). Then when the technicians and I were talking, they said it would be another 32.50 for labor.

Yes our service call is only $69.95 w/out parts and $49.95 with parts that was quoted to you on the phone. I listened to the recorded phone call and that is directly what you asked about. However depending on the repair w/out parts will depend on the labor to complete the job I feel from reviewing the ticket the Service Tech did discount the ticket a little. We offer a garage door tune-up for $44.95 plus S/C saving you $12.45 Thanks again, Brian

I contacted Precision due to the excellent reviews and attention to detail on the website- I really liked the employee photos and message about safety. Both the technicians who I dealt with were on time, professional and informative regarding both the problem with my carriage doors and possible solutions. I now have 2 working and quiet garage doors. Last Wed the 25th of January our garage door opener decided to stop! Okay, who to do...open the yellow pages! I then called Precision Door because they service the Mukwonago area. I called and Rachel (a very kind customer service person) set me up for an appointment that same day! Mike arrived! He was professional, articulate and extremely knowledgeable on all of his product! He was very quick to give us his diagnoses along with his free advise! We ended up having a new opener installed. Mike was quick and thorough! We are so pleased with the service all the way around from Precision Door and will strongly recommend them! In this day and age of declining customer service, it was very refreshing to meet Mike! He is a wonderful first and lasting impression of your company! Wishing you good success in the future.

I called you when the cable broke (I thought) on my garage door. I was given an appointment time between 5 and 7PM and asked that the tech call before he came. About 5:40 Mike called and said he would be here around 6:00 and we agreed he would call when he arrived. AT 6:00 he called to tell me that he was here and I went out to meet him and open the service door. When we (he) inspected the problem, it showed that the cable did not break but had come off of the drum. Mike then said he has going to try to reset the door. After working on it for some time, even though he wanted to keep trying to make the old system work, upon seeing the condition of one of the old drums, I made the decision to go with the conversion. He then proceeded to do a very professional job of converting my old system. One other thing that impressed me was the appointment email, It really gave me a "warm fuzzy" that I had picked a good company. I figured anyone who posts their employee's pictures on that email was not about to rip me off.
