The technicians were professional and efficient. They did a great job and got the garage door up and running within an hour. My only frustration was that the reason I picked your company is because of the same day repair I was told about and I made the appointment for Monday and when the technician showed I was informed that I would need a new opener but he did not have one and they would have to come back the next day and luckily that worked out for my schedule. Also the price we were initially told was $250 and then with installation $350. But when the other technician showed up Tuesday and completed the work we owed $450 which seemed odd that the price kept jumping from Monday till Tuesday. Besides the higher price and the two day repair everything was good. Thanks.

It is my fault I don't remember who came, I just know he had an accident with a deer. I had another person came out and they realized I had an old fixture and would have to come the next day. When evaluated it was realized that it would continue to break since it was an old setup and the door was heavy for our setup. I had recently lost my husband so it was helpful to get this fixed forever and not have to deal with it again. Thanks

Rob was very polite and informative during the estimate, and very professional during installation. He took extra time to install new mounts on our door. I received great customer service. The two women I spoke with were fabulous, efficient & courteous. When Stu came out I was very pleased with him. He knew exactly what the problem was & fixed it very quickly. I was very impressed with the time he took too explain what the problem was and what too look for. I was expecting it to be very expensive but the price was great!
