Liked the same day guarantee on service. Was impressed with knowledge and availability of person answering the phone on Sunday evening. The technician, Stu, was very friendly and efficient. Great job!

Service great -- a little pricy, but good quality work and product. Thinking of doing a new door opener in the near future.

Precision has earned our respect over the years for its superb service, promptness and reasonable fees. We also appreciate you giving a discount for repeat customers. Definitely a 5 star rating. So refreshing to see nowadays that companies actually keep their word in terms of showing up on time and fixing the problem expeditiously. We placed a call to fix the garage door on Sunday and on Tuesday, within 48 hours, it has been repaired. We will recommend you to our family and friends.

Mike was our technician and real friendly and knowledgeable. He actually came early and that worked out well. He tried different ways of fixing what we had, but we both decided a new garage door opener was what was needed given the age of it. I really liked the fact that your company sent out, prior to him coming, who he was and his picture along with the confirmation date and time. Awesome thing to do. I have already recommended your company to a family member.

We needed an entire garage spring/gears/cables/roller replacement as well as the old garage door opener was shot. Mike F. did a great job explaining what needed to be done, finished in the time he said it would take, and even came in a few dollars under budget. I am very pleased with Precision's service and have even referred them to some of my co-workers.

A bit expensive when all is said and done. I could've probably gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but I had would have to schedule the appointment for two days out. My garage door was stuck open and needed same day service. The three stars are all for Harris. He was awesome, quick, and efficient!

My mother had a broken spring on her garage door and unfortunately she never noticed and kept using the garage until the arm connected to the garage door and chain rail finally broke away from the garage door. Harris and Tony (Open wheel auto racing fan like me. High five to you!) came right on time and did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and what should be replaced despite the fact it was not broken. They had the job done in less than an hour and both men were extremely pleasant and a courteous. Both Harris and Tony were very personable yet professional. Precision Door is for certain the preferred Garage Door Service company in this house. Michael Bezold

Very efficient repair. I appreciated the technician's explanation of what happened to cause the cable to break and options available to replace other aging parts as well as the cables. I feel secure that I won't have problems for the forseeable future. Very capable and helpful technician! Would recommend to others. Thanks!

Mike Faust was my repairman. He arrived on time and was polite, personable, competent and efficient. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them patiently. You cannot ask for more than that from someone providing a repair service. I called one day and the repair was done the next day. I give your company and Mike a 5 star recommendation.

When our garage door refused to open one evening--leaving our cars uselessly stranded in the garage, first we panicked, then we hoped to find a 24 hour service. We looked for a company with excellent reviews and lots of them. Precision Door stood out immediately, so we gave them a call. We received service within 2 hours at 6:30 in the evening. Stu arrived and we were thrilled to find him friendly, patient, extremely knowledgable and skilled. He took the time to explain before and after about the work needed and accomplished. He gave us important tips on keeping our door working efficiently for years to come. Our door now hums up and down quickly and quietly. We enjoyed meeting Stu and appreciated his time, talents and professional attitude. We highly recommend this company. They put customers satisfaction first and are fair and honest. We are fortunate to have Precision Door in the area to help us!

We finally bit the bullet and invested in a new garage door. We went with the cedar finish in the insulated door and love the new look. It beautifully complements our cedar porch! And we love how solid this door is compared to our old one.

FIRST TIME I USED PRECISION DOOR SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE. THEY EVEN CALLED AND ASKED IF THEY COULD SHOW UP A LITTLE EARLY, HECK YEAH. THEY CHECKED THE PROBLEM, GAVE ME DIFFERENT OPTIONS, AND DID NOT PUSH ANY IN PARTICULAR ITEM ON ME. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, CAME IN, DID THE JOB, VERY THOROUGHLY, VERY POLITE & COULD TALK AND WORK AT THE SAME TIME. NUFF SAID. THANK YOU STU AND MIKE.

I choose Precision after reviewing ads in the yellow pages and they had an East side location. I am extremely satisfied with the work they did replacing the spring and wires. They were prompt, articulate and knowledgeable about garage doors. Thank you!
