I called and they were here in 30 minutes. We had purchased a warranty a few years ago, and they looked it up and sent it to us to make sure we didn't get over charged. They accepted a coupon for the service fee and our door was fixed 1 hour after calling in. The service technicians were friendly and professional. They accepted checks and credit cards. Really good experience.

Your large ad provided an immediate response from friendly local staff and they were efficientat the service. Plus, I received a 5 year warranty. However, I only wished I would have received a better discount for buying all that was offered. I only had one broken spring. A second spring and a bearings were also installed.

Replacing your single spring system with a two spring system will ensure a better operating door that will extend the life of the springs and your operating system. We needed our broken garage door springs repaired in a hurry late in the day on a Friday. Precision sent a technician out within a few hours of my call. Prior to his arrival I rec'd an email confirming all details including l who my technician would be. Harris arrived early, was very professional and efficient, and completed the job in less than one hour. He was also able to make other repairs to the garage door that I already knew we needed, but hadn't done anything about. Very happy with the service and the professional manner in which business is conducted. Would highly recommend!

I called Precision after a Yellow Pages search. After making the appointment I was able to read the reviews on our assigned technician and was confident that I had made the right choice. Stu came the next day and explained very clearly what had to be replaced. He was honest in his assessment and didn't try to sell us more than we needed (e.g. a new garage door). The work was done efficiently (thanks also to Stu's assistant, Todd) and the technicians demonstrated professionalism. I will gladly recommend Precision to other potential customers.

My garage door spring broke on Thursday evening I called Precision Friday morning and ask if they could send someone, they scheduled someone for that afternoon. I had used Precision several years earlier so I was familiar with them. Mike the tech arrived on time, he explained to me what he was going to do, gave me some options, I decided on just changing the broken spring and bearings. Mike had it installed done in about 45 minutes, he did a great job and was very courtious and friendly. I will use Precision in the future for my garage door maintenance needs.
