Couldn't believe how fast they installed the opener, less than 2 hours. It would have taken me days to do it I'm sure. Did have a little glitch with the garage switch not working the next day. When they came back it was found to be a frayed wire. How that happened who knows but they fixed it no charge and I'm happy as a clam. Friendly, professional, courteous staff. And like I said earlier, they sure didn't fool around when it came to installing the opener. Looking to put a door in the future and you can bet I'll be giving you a call. Another job I can see them doing in under 2 hours that may take me days. Keep up the good work!!

$85 dollars for a tech to tell me my opener is broke. Yeah, I already new that. Stay away from Precision Garage Door.
When we arrived the homeowner had their operator on the floor in many pieces. We will not fix something that was entirely disassembled. We offered Mark options on replacing the opener that obviously was broken and Mark declined. The cost was our trip charge to come out and offer our professional opinion about Mark's situation and to service, repair or replace any components of his operator. In this case, we were not able to help Mark re-assemble his operator.

A bit expensive when all is said and done. I could've probably gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but I had would have to schedule the appointment for two days out. My garage door was stuck open and needed same day service. The three stars are all for Harris. He was awesome, quick, and efficient!

We however thoroughly inspected your door and operator and pointed out a few items that should be addressed besides the broken cables, which you agreed to replace. My mother had a broken spring on her garage door and unfortunately she never noticed and kept using the garage until the arm connected to the garage door and chain rail finally broke away from the garage door. Harris and Tony (Open wheel auto racing fan like me. High five to you!) came right on time and did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and what should be replaced despite the fact it was not broken.
