We needed an entire garage spring/gears/cables/roller replacement as well as the old garage door opener was shot. Mike F. did a great job explaining what needed to be done, finished in the time he said it would take, and even came in a few dollars under budget. I am very pleased with Precision's service and have even referred them to some of my co-workers.

A bit expensive when all is said and done. I could've probably gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but I had would have to schedule the appointment for two days out. My garage door was stuck open and needed same day service. The three stars are all for Harris. He was awesome, quick, and efficient!

My mother had a broken spring on her garage door and unfortunately she never noticed and kept using the garage until the arm connected to the garage door and chain rail finally broke away from the garage door. Harris and Tony (Open wheel auto racing fan like me. High five to you!) came right on time and did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and what should be replaced despite the fact it was not broken. They had the job done in less than an hour and both men were extremely pleasant and a courteous. Both Harris and Tony were very personable yet professional. When our garage door refused to open one evening--leaving our cars uselessly stranded in the garage, first we panicked, then we hoped to find a 24 hour service. We looked for a company with excellent reviews and lots of them. Precision Door stood out immediately, so we gave them a call. We received service within 2 hours at 6:30 in the evening. Stu arrived and we were thrilled to find him friendly, patient, extremely knowledgable and skilled. He took the time to explain before and after about the work needed and accomplished. He gave us important tips on keeping our door working efficiently for years to come. Our door now hums up and down quickly and quietly. The answering service was very pleasing and able to schedule an appointment on Saturday when our door broke for late Monday afternoon. Then this morning, they called to say they could get us in this morning, if that worked for us, and that was even better. The technician arrived, was pleasant, answered all my questions and explained each part that needed replacing or could need replacing in the near future. While I thought the part prices were a bit high, I was convinced that I didn't want to pay to do "half the job" and with a 280 pound door, I understood the wear and tear on the various pieces. All-in-all I was very satisfied with the service, our first, experience with Precision Door.
