The young man who came to replace the opener was great - he was even a little early (which I appreciated). He took all the time I needed to explain how things worked. We had a Liftmaster - Jack Shaft opener installed, even though there where some difficulties getting it to operate properly the Tech stuck with it maintained a healthy attitude and finished the job with the opener operating nicely.
