We used your services previously and were satisfied, so I called you again for this situation. The person who came out to evaluate the garage door was efficient, personable dealing with customers who would have to put out $$$. The installer, Steve, was on time, explained what he did and the follow up care required. It was at the end of the day and he still took his time to do the job correctly and spend the time with us explaining what he did and answering our questions.

Mike was knowledgable and intelligent. He knew his product and spoke well. He looked things over and gave us a recommendation. I was really impressed he took the time to look at our garage door opener and let us know it was in good shape and didn't need to be replaced. 18 hours after discovering my broken garage door spring, I have a fully operating door with all new parts and it looks/sounds a million times better. In addition, I learned way more than I ever expected about garage doors and their upkeep!!! Stu was very patient with explaining it all to me and then my husband again when I called him to discuss options. He showed me all the old parts/issues and how to take care of the new rollers and door overall. He checked the whole system out and even took a look at the other door "since he was there" just to make sure it was all good to go too! No one likes to have an issue but I love that we found a great new ally to add to our phonebook for when those unexpected problems do show up.

Excellent Service. My garage door spring broke Wednesday night. I called at 8:00 AM the next morning. I was told that some one would be at my house between 9 and 11. AT 9:10 the repairman arrived and by 9:40 he was gone.

First of all, thanks for keeping me posted on my service call and coming out as soon as possible on a Saturday, no less. Mike answered all my questions and was very professional. The technician arrived on time and completed the repair in a professional manner. He fully explained what repairs were needed before commencing with the repair and reviewed the status of the door system after the repair. I was impressed. I was referred to Precision by National Door. They were unable to give me same day service and named your company when I asked for a referral. I'll probably stay with you for any future work.

The two technicians (Stu and Mike) arrived shortly after 10:00- perfect considering they were supposed to arrive between 10:00 and 12:00. They introduced themselves politely, quickly identified the problem, gave me an estimate of total cost and completed the work within an hour. Steve reviewed the itemized charges with me to insure I had no questions and carefully explained the 5 year warrantee period. Mike Gonyo did a very professional job on our garage door. He was able to locate the problem quickly, explain what was happening with the garage door when we tried to open it, and how to resolve it. He explained our different ways of resolving our issue. He was very polite and did not force us into buying anything in particular. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door because of this and the fact that they were able to respond to our issue quickly and their cost of service was cheaper than another well-known Garage Door repair service in the area.
