Very complete and fast installation. The operating manual was furnished however it does not cover the programming choices on the main control. It would be best to have a paper copy of the choices that are afforded on the electronic menu so that my wife and I can make choices together. Thanks for opportunity to voice my comments.

I have to admit, I was somewhat skeptical about the "same day" pledge; but you know what? My skepticism was unfounded: Precision showed up on time. This was the best service call I've ever experienced for my house. To start, this company was a referral from a friend who was a very happy customer and now I am too. I called after a Holiday weekend and was able to get same day service. The website was great. The Technician was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He not only fixed the problem but also taught me about the door and routine maintenance that I'll be able to do myself. Outstanding and well done job. I appreciated the same day service and they were on schedule as told. The work was performed professionally and to my satisfication. The tech gave the suggestion that the whole hardware system, because of its age, would be a good idea to replace. It was a little more costly but, now it is guaranteed as long as I live in my home which is a load off my mind that this will not have to be a cost in the future.

The technician did a very good job. He even stayed to reset the sensors when I couldn't get it to close because of the sun. My only negative comment was that he didn't tell me there were 2 springs and the cost really surprised me. I told him I was taking back the cookies I gave him - just kidding!

I received superb service from your two technicians, who installed a new door opener. They arrived early while I was out. I was their last scheduled call on a bitterly cold evening, yet they waited patiently, showed me I could get by with just a new circuit board, and never pressured me to get a new opener once I realized my 20-year-old one wasn't likely to last. They worked efficiently, answering all my questions. Plus my garage was full of slush and these guys kept their sense of humor. I'd have paid twice as much for the same service if I'd accepted a deal from another company on Angie's List. I'm sure glad I didn't!
