I called and they were here in 30 minutes. We had purchased a warranty a few years ago, and they looked it up and sent it to us to make sure we didn't get over charged. They accepted a coupon for the service fee and our door was fixed 1 hour after calling in. The service technicians were friendly and professional. They accepted checks and credit cards. Really good experience.

What great service. Our service person was on time, friendly, explained our repairs easily, did a great job in a timely manner. He saved the day on a cold, Saturday in February. I love the letter from the owner after the call with the offer to call him with feedback or any issues. Nice way to get ahead of service recovery.

Your large ad provided an immediate response from friendly local staff and they were efficientat the service. Plus, I received a 5 year warranty. However, I only wished I would have received a better discount for buying all that was offered. I only had one broken spring. A second spring and a bearings were also installed.

We needed our broken garage door springs repaired in a hurry late in the day on a Friday. Precision sent a technician out within a few hours of my call. Prior to his arrival I rec'd an email confirming all details including l who my technician would be. Harris arrived early, was very professional and efficient, and completed the job in less than one hour. He was also able to make other repairs to the garage door that I already knew we needed, but hadn't done anything about. Very happy with the service and the professional manner in which business is conducted. Would highly recommend!

I called Precision after a Yellow Pages search. After making the appointment I was able to read the reviews on our assigned technician and was confident that I had made the right choice. Stu came the next day and explained very clearly what had to be replaced. He was honest in his assessment and didn't try to sell us more than we needed (e.g. a new garage door). The work was done efficiently (thanks also to Stu's assistant, Todd) and the technicians demonstrated professionalism. I will gladly recommend Precision to other potential customers.

The technician really looked at my garage door/opener to determine the cause of problems and then patiently explained all of my options.
