The technician did a very good job. He even stayed to reset the sensors when I couldn't get it to close because of the sun. My only negative comment was that he didn't tell me there were 2 springs and the cost really surprised me. I told him I was taking back the cookies I gave him - just kidding!

I appreciated the same day service and they were on schedule as told. The work was performed professionally and to my satisfication. The tech gave the suggestion that the whole hardware system, because of its age, would be a good idea to replace. It was a little more costly but, now it is guaranteed as long as I live in my home which is a load off my mind that this will not have to be a cost in the future.

I had made my appointment with Precision to repair broken springs, but I was also able to purchase new door openers, replace a bent piece of track and have the weather stripping replaced, all in one visit. Everything they needed was on their truck, ready to go. The technicians were very prompt and did an excellent job!

I called for repair of a broken spring. A service tech was at our door within hours. The cost was several times what I had expected, and included new rollers which I agreed to but was not totally convinced we needed. After 2 months since the call I can say that the garage door operates better than new. As I write this it is -15 degrees outside and thanks to the new rollers the mechanism is completely noiseless, which it never was before. We are very satisfied with the work performed and definitely recommend Precision.

The installer, Steve, was on time, explained what he did and the follow up care required. It was at the end of the day and he still took his time to do the job correctly and spend the time with us explaining what he did and answering our questions.
