I had a garage door service done about a week ago. Steve, the technician, was professional and friendly. He diagnosed the issue, had the necessary parts, explained the procedure, made the repair and gave me a full account of the inspection and work done and I got the invoice via email as PDF. I was very pleased, this is an exemplary business that definitely deserves five stars.

I am very satisfied with the service I received. From the first phone call I made, the company went out of its way to take care of the problem I had Follow up emails, and a phone call from the technician before my scheduled time, and service the same day. The only negative was that the part I needed wasn't on the truck, so they came back out the next day which was no problem for me at all. The service itself was very good, friendly nice to talk to and knew his job well.

I received a postcards from Precision but chose them because of their quick response to my HomeAdvisor.com inquiry and the ability to get service within hours. The technician was knowledgeable and explained the repairs needed. The work was competed to my satisfaction. The company seems very well run and efficient from the initial contact to the on-site billing and payment. I can't comment on the pricing. I had no way of comparing alternate shops since the job had to be taken care of (the broken mechanism had to be fixed right away).

I used Precision Door for the first time as an emergency because my spring broken on my garage door. They were out here very quick, fixed it quickly, were very nice and explained everything they were doing and why. What can I say, Precision Door Service has been nothing but spectacular with all my reqeusts/needs! To date, I have had new cables and rollers installed on my door, new springs, and finally and most recently, a new gear and sprocket replaced on my 1/2 HP opener. For each and every service call, the technician is prompt (often early), very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. If anyone asks for a recommendation, Precision is/will be my only one! Kudos to them for the excellent service!

The spring broke on our garage door. I called Precision and they were able to come out late on a Friday evening. Our technician was actually a little bit early and got right to work and he also found a cable that was about to break (as in "How it is still working is amazing!). After getting our door repaired, he took the time to go over how it works and what we need to watch for and what to maintain. I went from having very little knowledge to very confident about how my system works; and now I know when it'll be better to replace the whole thing rather than trying to keep repairing an old door. I wish every other contractor that you need as a homeowner was this excellent. Will definitely use these guys in the future.

Called you guys and two other company's for a quote- you guys were $1000 more then the other two quotes I received. Obviously, a big price difference so I'm going with someone else.
