Technician arrived on time (10 minutes early) and fixed my door which would not open due to a misaligned track. After that was corrected he showed me other areas which would need future attention and when I asked if he could replace the worn parts now he agreed and worked almost 2 hours at night in freezing temps. This door is more than 40 years old and now operates like new. He was polite, knowledgeable and very thorough and I would recommend him and your company to anyone. Donna

The service call time estimate was very accurate. Our Tech quickly diagnosed the problem - a worn out inner gear on the Liftmaster unit, understandable after 15 years in operation. He also checked the other components of the door springs, etc. This is the second time we needed service and again very prompt and left the door system working and sounding great. We are so happy we called Precision for our opener replacement. Every step of the process from scheduling to the service provided by your technician Bakari. I told him he should have his picture on his profile like the other techs because he was better looking than me!! We had him also redo the work of another company because the spring repair we had less than six months ago was so shoddy and unbalanced it's probably why our opener failed. Bakari explained all our options and there was absolutely no pressure or surprises. Our garage now runs smoothly and quietly. We will definitely have you guys do our door replacement in the Spring, and we will be asking that Bakari come for the estimate. Our service was not cheap, but the end result is far superior to the work of your competitor...I don't mention their name in writing because we don't believe in bashing businesses, but we will definitely send our friends your way and not to the other company. I received superb service from your two technicians, who installed a new door opener. They arrived early while I was out. I was their last scheduled call on a bitterly cold evening, yet they waited patiently, showed me I could get by with just a new circuit board, and never pressured me to get a new opener once I realized my 20-year-old one wasn't likely to last. They worked efficiently, answering all my questions. Plus my garage was full of slush and these guys kept their sense of humor. I'd have paid twice as much for the same service if I'd accepted a deal from another company on Angie's List. I'm sure glad I didn't!

Very complete and fast installation. The operating manual was furnished however it does not cover the programming choices on the main control. It would be best to have a paper copy of the choices that are afforded on the electronic menu so that my wife and I can make choices together. Thanks for opportunity to voice my comments.
