When arriving home from running a few errands, I opened my garage door and it stopped half way up. Hmmm. So, after remembering that Precision had a coupon in a Val Pak, which I posted in my home, I called them. I immediately contacted the company and, Tara, whom I was speaking to, arranged for Jezrel White, one of Precision's Madison technicians, to arrive that afternoon (very quick response time). Jezrel called and came over even 'earlier' than arranged. He was highly knowledgeable and pointed out several rusted areas on the overhead door cables, fixed my broken hinges, replaced the cables, retightening my springs, and FIXED my overhead door. I chose Precion because they had previously given prompt excellent service in replacing my door opener . I called them on a Friday night at 7pm and by 8:30pm Mike arrived and diagnosed the broken cables and replaced them. We did not want to leave our Garage door half open. I was very happy with the service from the very professional woman dispatcher ( I forgot to write her name so I hope she receives my thanks) , the manager for approving the late night call. I was also very pleased that Mike asked me to check some simple diagnostic questions so I would not need to pay a emergency service call for something easily fixed my me. UNFORTUNATELY, I COULD NOT REPLACE CABLE AND REWIND THE SPRINGS. I ALSO APPRECIATED THE EASE OF THE BILLING ON TECHNICIANS IPAD AND EMAILING OF THE RECEIPT. Bought a bank-owned property. Had not been lived in for 3 yrs. Found the Precision sticker on the garage door and needed service. The old door would not open and we needed new programmed remotes. Great Service. Called on Friday afternoon. Our technician Mike was there the next morning, during Labor Day weekend! He was on time, professional, helpful and very pleasant. He explained the issue and what he would recommend to fix our garage door. We discussed the condition of the door and he felt the door was fine, we just needed a new spring and all components. He replaced those and finished the job quickly. We would definitely recommend and use Precision again. Thank you.

I' d been having problems for a few weeks with the very erratic garage door opener. First the remotes didn't work then the wall control. I tried new batteries, but that didn't help. On Wed Sept 2 the door wouldn't open at all and I knew I had a problem and I wasn't sure what to do. Then I remembered looking through the Val-Pac mailer. There were 3 ads in it for openers and I chose yours based on 24/7 service installation and repairs and a local phone number. At about 2 PM, I called your number and explained my problem and scheduled an appointment between 4-6 PM that day. Josh was running early and called me to see if he could come at 3 PM, which was fine with me. I told him about the problems I'd been having. The Genie opener was the original opener that came with the house built around 1973. Josh checked out all the part of my system, explaining how they all work together to lift the door. Then he told me the different options available to me, what their costs would be and what promotions you were currently offering. I realize that you're in business to sell and install openers, but I was so impressed with his knowledge and his polite and courteous manner in answering all my questions, that I decided to replace not only the opener, but also have him install the Lifetime warranty parts package for "my peace of mind". Josh said he could fix tonight and that he had all the necessary parts on his truck. He worked in a very hot garage for hours, after 7 PM and then stayed to explain how the controls worked and even helped my program a code into the keypad. I felt compelled to let you know what as asset Josh is to your company and I hope you appreciate him. The world would be a much better place if there were more young men like him in it! An unplanned backing into the garage door was very stressful until I contacted your company and was told someone would be out between 12 and 2. I worked with two different service technicians and both were very knowledgable and extremely service-oriented. Even with the glitch in not having the equipment needed on the second visit, Stu, who was not at fault, took ownership, was very apologetic and arranged a discount for me. He had the new opener installed in less than an hour and walked me through all the features before he left. I'm very pleased with the service and the opener!
