The technician who repaired my garage door is an excellent representative/spokesperson for Precision Door Service. He went above and beyond his duty for the service call. He was professional, courteous and explained in detail what the problem was and gave me options on the repair needed. In the future, I will not hesitate in calling Precision again.

Your service technicians(Mike Gonyo/DJ) were personable and very knowledgeable about garage doors...they answered all my questions. They also gave me some helpful hints on keeping my garage door in good working condition. They arrived earlier than expected (they called first to make sure it was okay), which I appreciated, rather than waiting around all day!!

Chose company based on yellow page ad, because they offered service in Brown Deer, WI. Opted for a new opener, rather than a repair, because I wanted both a functioning key-pad entry outside the garage door, & a car remote that actually worked. Plus chose to get new springs, cables & brackets on garage door, so they wouldn't wear on the new opener the way they did the previous one. Mike was excellent (5 stars!), explained options clearly, & was more than competent in his installation work & new product instructions.

Mike Zahn was my service tech. He explained everything that should be replaced besides the broken spring. I totally agreed with his suggestions. At no time did I feel pressured to do the extra replacements. Your telephone person is very professional, knowledgeable and was able to arrange a service call in time to solve my predicament. Dave arrived at the time agreed upon and was very helpful in explaining the source of the problem and the solution necessary. We agreed on pricing; he completed the repair in good time, and I was able to keep an important appointment. Dave is a fine representative for Precision.
