Excellent service. 5 star! The tech came during the two hour period they said he would and was very nice and polite. We received an email showing us his picture and name to verify the right person was at our door! The tech explained what was wrong and replaced the worn out part. He also inspected rest of the door and made sure it was working right. He also showed us the working garage door and made sure we were satisfied. I highly recommend this company! Definitely will call them back if i have further need for garage door work.

Technician was scheduled between 6pm & 8pm arrived around 6pm he was professional installed 2 new springs and completely checked the entire door operation. Very polite! The last company I used installed the wrong springs last year and now is out of business. You're service tech was excellent.

Was extremely pleased with the service rendered by Precision Door. Could not open the door with my car in the garage. Called for service at approximately 7:30 AM, . Precision service technician arrived around 10:00 that morning. Broken spring was fixed within the hour. Technician also recommended replacing rollers and drums on the door to insure the door will continue to operate without problems for a longer period of time. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.

The staff did a good job of installing my new garage door opener. They were able to configure it to accommodate the previous remote and keyed lock that opens my garage. The new opener works well.

They provided some options for the initial repair and they did not up sell or suggest additional items or services. Service was complete in under an hour and they explained the warranty upon completion too.

We recently purchased our home and wanted to make sure the garage door was in good working order. Josh Feldner was our service tech and he arrived right on time. He examined the mechanics of the door and gave us recommendations. Most issues were age related but did not required new parts. However, I chose to purchase new rollers. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend Josh and Precision Door to anyone!

The service man Stu was very knowledgable about what repair was needed to correct the problem. Very thorough with explanations. He was able to quickly assess the opener, determine the problem and probable source that caused the malfunction and made the necessary repairs in an efficient manner. He replaced rollers and adjusted the springs, as well. The door now works smoothly and quietly. Very pleased with the service. 5 stars for the rating!
