Frankly. I just picked you from the yellow pages. The repair tech. was wonderful. I'm sure he could tell from my questions, I didn't know what the heck I was talking about. We recently purchased our home and wanted to make sure the garage door was in good working order. Josh Feldner was our service tech and he arrived right on time. He examined the mechanics of the door and gave us recommendations. Most issues were age related but did not required new parts. However, I chose to purchase new rollers. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and I would recommend Josh and Precision Door to anyone!

The service man Stu was very knowledgable about what repair was needed to correct the problem. Very thorough with explanations. He was able to quickly assess the opener, determine the problem and probable source that caused the malfunction and made the necessary repairs in an efficient manner. He replaced rollers and adjusted the springs, as well. The door now works smoothly and quietly. Very pleased with the service. 5 stars for the rating!

What a great door opener! It's quite and no more noisy and greasey screw drive. The Liftmaster was a great recommendation. The work area was clean when job was completed. Stu explained that a electrician has to make a permanent wiring connection, which I will have done. Thanks again, Rosemary

I was impressed with your website and showing of your staff, etc. Also impressed that you were able to fix my garage door on a Saturday with no extra cost. Jezrel was the technician who called 30 minutes prior to arriving. When he arrived he introduced himself and then we discussed the problem and he went over and showed me what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. When arriving home from running a few errands, I opened my garage door and it stopped half way up. Hmmm. So, after remembering that Precision had a coupon in a Val Pak, which I posted in my home, I called them. I immediately contacted the company and, Tara, whom I was speaking to, arranged for Jezrel White, one of Precision's Madison technicians, to arrive that afternoon (very quick response time). Jezrel called and came over even 'earlier' than arranged. He was highly knowledgeable and pointed out several rusted areas on the overhead door cables, fixed my broken hinges, replaced the cables, retightening my springs, and FIXED my overhead door. I chose Precion because they had previously given prompt excellent service in replacing my door opener . I called them on a Friday night at 7pm and by 8:30pm Mike arrived and diagnosed the broken cables and replaced them. We did not want to leave our Garage door half open. I was very happy with the service from the very professional woman dispatcher ( I forgot to write her name so I hope she receives my thanks) , the manager for approving the late night call. I was also very pleased that Mike asked me to check some simple diagnostic questions so I would not need to pay a emergency service call for something easily fixed my me. UNFORTUNATELY, I COULD NOT REPLACE CABLE AND REWIND THE SPRINGS. I ALSO APPRECIATED THE EASE OF THE BILLING ON TECHNICIANS IPAD AND EMAILING OF THE RECEIPT. Was extremely pleased with the service rendered by Precision Door. Could not open the door with my car in the garage. Called for service at approximately 7:30 AM, . Precision service technician arrived around 10:00 that morning. Broken spring was fixed within the hour. Technician also recommended replacing rollers and drums on the door to insure the door will continue to operate without problems for a longer period of time. Technician was very professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service.
