I was very pleased with the repair process from setting up the appointment on the phone to the end of the repair. Mike G was not only on time he was early and walked me through every step of the repair he was going to do. He explained in full the upgrades I could do on our door. He taught me a few things that I could do to prolong the life of my springs and cable. Our door was up and running within an hour. I agree that our service technician was only there for a short time. The trolley on the operator was not engaged or locked in, which he fixed for you. Our service call is relatively inexpensive for professional on time service.

Bakari was professional in all aspects of the repair. Doing a good repair involved his doing and sometimes redoing his work to make sure all aspects of the door functioned properly. I informed Mike what the issue was whenever the garage door was opened. He tested it out discovered the problem, stated he had never seen this problem before. He replaced both aluminum drums and cables. Mike took the time to show me what the problem was and the defective parts.

We had a lightening strike that fried our garage door opener and a neighbor's. Stu was out within a couple of hours. He replaced the circuit boards, installed surge protectors, and repaired my garage door frame which I hadn't even called for.
