My only complaint is that I was not quoted over the phone with the service call or fuel surcharge fee. I understand that a service center gives out quotes, but misleading none the less. I called Precision for service after finding them online. They offered same day repair 24/7. A real person answered my call and noted my problem. She gave me the name of the technician who would come and the 2-hour time frame for his arrival later that day. Steve arrived right on time, was polite and friendly, and offered solutions to problems with my opener. A repair was done at reasonable cost and a receipt and service analysis sent to my e-mail address. I was very pleased with this service.

Your Tech Mike was fantastic. I thought he was a doctor preparing for surgery the way he examined each door component. When it was all said and done I knew what it was going to cost me. However, your Tech said "Your unit is in good shape, we will only charge you for a tune up". I'm so happy you and your Tech are honest in regards to charging for parts and repairs not needed. I live out of town and needed repair on my recently deceased father-in-law's old wooden garage doors. I called from an ad in the phone book and to my surprise they were able to send someone that same day. My hour and a half drive to meet Dave the repairman was well worth it. He was pleasant, polite, explained the situation in understandable language and gave me various options. He worked for hours in the heat and humidity with little space between him and the garage doors and never a complaint. At 7:30p.m. that night I had a question of importance and the receptionist located him and he called me back immediately. My husband and I are most grateful for your company and especially for Dave in our time of sorrow and chaos last week.
