Technicians were very knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done and why and gave me several price options. I was very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend them.

In spite of an already full schedule, Precision was able to respond with same day service. Repairs were thorough and timely. The technician was pleasant and very professional. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them for your garage door needs.

Your service technician (Jezrel White) was very thorough in fixing my garage door. He pointed out the worn and rusted hardware, and I agreed that those parts should be replaced. He replaced the broken spring that was the main cause of the garage door malfunction. I would recommend Precision to my neighbors who have garage door problems.

Jezrel definitely seems to know what he is doing. He is a very nice person as well. To start, a small cable on the side of the garage door had rusted through and the garage door was not closing. They have a trip charge to come look at it for $69. I have had the garage door for over 12 years and it was installed in the house long before that. I know the cost of the cable is very minimal, but like a lot of things, repairs need to be done. In order to do this the springs have to be unwound and both cables on each side have to be replaced along with some rusted hinges. As the springs were at least 12 years old they are also likely to break. To do the cable work with the trip charge, it was going to be about $350, but if the springs broke later it will cost me another $300 or so. So I asked him what's the most I could spend? Their "package" is $799 to fix everything and you get a Lifetime Warranty. I decided to just do it all now and I should be good for quite a while. It took about 1.5 hours and the door looks and works very nice. While I didn't want to spend that much, again it's a necessity. Got to be able to open the garage door. It used to have some gaps but alot of that has been squared away and it is working great.

Dan arrived within the time frame specified. I told him about the problems I was having with the old garage door opener and he explained the differences between the various models available and I decided to go with the belt drive unit. I pointed out a problem with a cable that was installed 3 years ago and he replaced it at no charge, because it fell under the lifetime warranty package I opted for when we had the spring and cables replaced. After Dan installed the new opener he programmed all of the openers and went over the new unit with me. He cleaned up and hauled the old unit away. I am completely satisfied with the job he did and I highly recommend Precision Door to anyone needing repair work, garage door installation, or an opener installed.

I wish to praise a worker of yours by the name of Mr. Jezrel White, who works out of the Madison, WI area. He has been to my home twice in the last 6 months to (1) install a new LiftMaster opener and (2) to repair a broken spring on my garage door. This gentleman is a hard worker, so very polite, courteous and respectful! I cannot say enough good things about this young gentleman, except that this company is so very fortunate to have him on the payroll!

Jezrel did an excellent job on the repair. He explained to me in detail the work that needed to be done, and the cost. He was very pleasant and explained the electrical upgrade that I would need before installing a new garage door opener. Jezrel was very professional and I would certainly give him 5 stars.

Jezrel White is a very well-mannered, friendly young man, who made necessary repairs on our garage door, even though it was 6pm on a Friday evening. He was both knowledgeable and efficient with his work, and our garage door now functions as brand new. Thank you.

We were so impressed with our service technician..his manner, his knowledge, his friendliness. He explained everything to a T....did the repair but explained that since it is 23 years old may not be the solution. ...but the warranty covered us for 90 Days and if we need a new one they would credit us. Would call them back in a heartbeat.

I called Precision at 6pm and they were able to come at 10am the next morning. Stu explained the two options--getting an all new spring system since the one we had could not be repaired or getting that plus a new, better garage door. I went with the second option and didn't expect it would be done the same day! It worked out they had a gap in the schedule today and were able to install all the new hardware, springs, and door the same day. Brian and Tony did an awesome job installing the door and new spring system. Thanks for such great service!

Great to do business with this company. A human answered the phone forthwith, pulled up my info from my previous transaction immediately, and gave me an appointment for a tech to come out and fix the present problem the same day. They post pics of the techs online and sent me an email with that info, so I could be sure the guy who showed up is legit. The tech called me and said he could come 2 hours EARLIER than the appointment, and asked it that would be OK. Sure it was! He came, and was great. I had to have the motor replaced on my garage door opener. He explained options in detail, and did the work without delay. Explained everything. I am completely happy with both of the encounters I have had with this company, first in Oct 2014 (complete track replacement), and this time as well, March 2016. I highly recommend this company.

I would give the Technician a five star rating, I'm an old guy and nosey, I wanted to know just what was wrong with the door. The Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything to my complete satisfaction. I have to give you a 3 star on the price as I thought it was a bit pricey. I must say however I had called the day before and they got me in right away. They arrived on time and the Technician did a very good job. I would use your company again.
