Thank you for your feedback on our pricing. It is always good to get different estimates. What I do not know is if the doors are comparable doors. Are they the same thickness in steel? Did you select the same style? Options? Insulation? Do they have the same warranties? Without knowing if we are comparing "Apples to Apples", I cannot determined how we are priced. I do know that we are very competitive on comparable products.

We called and spoke to a professional live person on the other end of the phone. They were courteous and set up the appointment. The guys were right on time, very professional and personable and did an excellent job repairing our springs and rollers. It was a great experience. Very professional and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. I give them a 5 star rating.

Our garage door broke and wouldn't open. Luckily, Precision was able to come and save the day. Jezrel White was our technician. He was by far the nicest repair person I have EVER dealt with. I chose your company based on your yellow page ad. I opted for a new opener rather than to repair it. I wanted both a functioning keypad and a car remote that actually worked. I also chose to get new springs, cables and brackets, so they wouldn't wear on the new opener the way they did on the previous opener. *** was excellent (5 stars!!!). He explained all my options clearly and was more than competent in his installation of the work and new product instructions.
