Stu came to check out the problem we were having with our garage door. He explained what was causing the problem and recommended we get a new garage door. We enjoyed working with Stu. Brian and another young man came to install our new garage door. They did a very good job and they cleaned up when they were done. The new door looks great. We enjoyed working with them as well. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends and family.

I found the full page ad in the Yellow Pages. By the way, if you mention you saw the ad you get $20 off your bill. This company knows how to communicate. There was an e-mail before and after the visit. I even got to see a photo and read a bio of Jezrel before he arrived. We were greeted by his beautiful smile, followed by his good service. He was kind and considerate and explained what he did.

Five stars! One of the springs broke on our garage door a couple nights ago. The next day I looked online and found Precision Garage Door Service. There were a lot of positive reviews, so I decided to give them a call. A representative was at my door in about two hours- just as they said they would be. The service person was courteous and professional. He explained a range of options with no hard sell. Work was completed very quickly, cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Mike Faust was punctual, fast and prepared. He arrived at our house at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed our garage door broken spring problem. He carefully answered all my questions and had with him all the parts and tools to immediately make the repair--springs, rollers, cables, 16' shaft and brackets. In less than an hour he had completely removed the old parts and installed the new. He was a professional in every way and I couldn't be more impressed with his quality workmanship.

Precision has installed 2 door openers for me (I have 2 garage doors), at separate times. There was a minor hiccup with the installation of the second door and it was rectified immediately. I can't say enough about a company that actually delivers what they promise, and they exceeded my expectations. They have earned my business and recommendation to others.

Precision tries to provide same day service when possible. That was the case today. I called at 3:30 pm and the technician was at my door by 5:00 pm. (I live just west of Madison, WI.) That is just awesome! I've worked with two of their technicians. Both were so knowledgable, professional and responsive that it's simply a pleasure to do business with them. Billing and payment are done on site with a very efficient electronic process. I don't give 5 stars very often, but they deserve every one. Highly recommended!

I called Precision regarding a broken garage door spring on Tuesday night and they had a technician, Jezrel, at my house at 11am on Wednesday. Jezrel was great. He showed me what issues existed with my garage door and quoted me pricing for multiple repair options. He was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and personable. Last night my garage door was disconnected from the opener because of a shabby job performed by another company who installed the opener and the garage door less than two years ago. Josh came to my door, was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. He summed up the issue and answered all of my questions including information about maintenance of the door. The job was completed in a reasonable timeframe, he summarized all of the work that was requested by me and completed by the technician, He demo'd the repair work and put everything back in place including the door lock on the fence in the back yard next to the garage when the job was completed. Loved that they were able to come the next day (Sunday) at no extra charge! Stu was a very friendly guy and explained everything to me. Did great work and in a reasonable amount of time. Loved that he took the time to explained everything and that he cleaned up after himself as well (yes you heard me right, he cleaned up after himself! I called Precision on a Thursday to schedule repair of a broken spring. They had a technician(Jezrel) out the next evening. I can't say enough good things about Jezrel. His professionalism, personality and general courtesy is top notch. He inspected our door and then walked us thru three options for repair. He did not pressure us into any decision and was very thorough in explaining everything to me making sure to ask if I had any other questions along the way. He was at our home a little over an hour and the door was working awesome. he took the time to educate me and show me how to maintain the cable and rollers too.

I was having trouble with my garage door not closing with the opener in the recent sub-zero temperatures. Jezrel White came during the appointment time and explained that one of the sensors was not working properly. He replaced both sensors and made sure that the opener itself was in good condition. He did notice that my rollers are loose and need replacement sometime soon. I will be calling Precision to have that fixed this Spring as I did not want to make Jezrel do the repairs when it was only 5 degrees outside. Jezrel was courteous and explained everything very well.

I was very satisfied with Mike's professionalism, his ability to define proactively issues that might be forthcoming, and his mechanical expertise. Originally I thought I only needed one spring replaced. After speaking with Mike, and answering his questions, I became confined with the age of the opener to replace the brackets, springs, etc. and obtain the lifetime warranty. I live in a condominium association and will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.

I received a recommendation from my brother who lives in West Bend. Precision Door came highly recommended. My garage has been functioning without a working garage door opener since summer 2015. Stu came within the scheduled time, explained what he was going to do and got right to work. I like that. After he finished installing the new garage door opener, he called me outside to look things over. Then he explained that at some point the roller needed to be replaced on the actual door. Thankfully he had a set with him. Although I hadn't planned on having anything else done and hadn't saved the funds for it, I gave the go-ahead to replace the rollers. Everything works beautifully and I can't believe I went this long without a working opener. Thank you Precision!

I was intrigued by your website and hopeful that you would deliver what it promises, and you did. I talked to a HUMAN BEING this morning who scheduled a technician to come out today between 6 and 8 pm. Josh called me at six on the dot to tell me he was on his way, and when he arrived, he assessed the problem and went to work repairing it. He did a safety scan and found that the brackets were installed improperly on a weird angle that caused the bracket to cut into the axle significantly, a disaster waiting to happen. He gave us several options for correcting the problem if we wanted to do that tonight, outlined the charges, and answered our questions in a direct and forthcoming way. He and Jason went to work and completed the job in a manner that exceeded our expectations. I consider myself lucky (and a little wise) for finding your company and giving you my business. My husband tacked Josh's business card right next to the opener in case we need reliable help in good time. Thank you.

Jezrel was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to explain 3 different options for the repair. He wasn't at our house for more than an hour, and replaced the springs, all of the bearings and both cables. Highly recommended.

Prompt, convenient, excellent work. Josh quickly figured out the problem -- a wire to the photo sensors had gotten caught in the spring and broke, not allowing the door to close. He patched the wire and stapled it to the ceiling so that it was completely clear of the spring. He also showed me how to manually open and close the door and did an overall inspection. I'll use Precision anytime I need anything to do with my garage doors.
