I was expecting at least 2 technicians to replace the doors, so I was very surprised there was only one. I found him to be friendly, informed and did a very good job. He explained everything to me, however, I forgot what I should be using in the runners of the door. Thank you and I definitely would recommend you to others.

I am glad you are enjoying your doors! We recommend lubricating your door at least twice a year, using a small amount of a good silicone spray on the garage door tracks (runners), hinges and rollers.

The reason I am mentioning all of this is that I feel I am qualified to give your team an unbiased evaluation. As you know communication and customer feedback are so very important. It all starts with the great web site you have. It was informative and factual. The bios on your Service Staff were great. The communications via emails was second to none. Your staff provided great communication all the way from the start of our repair job to the finish. Mr. Jezrel White kept me informed all the way through the repair on timing, pending issues, and suggestions. What a great job Mr. White also did in making sure the repair was completed timely. Mr. White is very friendly and gives off a positive appearance. If all of your workers show the dedication he showed me on this repair, you are very lucky indeed. I am very disappointed with Precision Door. My garage door broke on June 8th and had to buy a new garage door. The new door won't be installed until June 29th, 3 weeks without a garage. I would have hoped a garage door could be installed in a more timely manner. My opinion, 3 weeks is too long to be without your garage.

I'm apologize about the timeframe on your delivery. We have many standard in stock doors that our customer's can choose from. Unfortunately, because of the options your chose for your new door, we had to special order the door from the manufacturer. They then expedite the orders to us, based on their manufacturing schedules. I truly hope that you are enjoying your door and the fresh new look.

The technicians arrived promptly and were friendly and professional at all times. It was obvious the torsion spring needed to be replaced, but they took the time to fully examine our 15-year-old installation and recommend additional items at minimal additional cost to keep our door working for years to come. A bit over an hour later all was completed, and the garage door works wonderfully - didn't realize how noisy it had been, and very quiet now. We would definitely recommend Precision Door to anyone needing garage door repair.

Our garage door opener was not installed today, but the tech told me what needed to be done before the install and was very informative on what needed to be done. He was an immense help and I plan too have an electrician re-route wiring that was in the way as he was not legally able to do. We needed a LISENCED ELECTRICIAN for the small wiring job. A great informed tech and was curtious. I plan to call and re-schedual the install with him as soon as next week.

Our garage door was binding and would not close at times. The service agent replaced the spring, installed nylon rollers, adjusted the settings. When Jim asked about the Stanley opener we had he was honest and said it would not need to replaced. He also explained to me ( wife) how and why the repairs were need. I do not remember his name but would like to give him a 5 star rating as much as Precision on handling our problem in a timely manner. To me they get 10 stars!

Couldn't believe how fast they installed the opener, less than 2 hours. It would have taken me days to do it I'm sure. Did have a little glitch with the garage switch not working the next day. When they came back it was found to be a frayed wire. How that happened who knows but they fixed it no charge and I'm happy as a clam. Friendly, professional, courteous staff. And like I said earlier, they sure didn't fool around when it came to installing the opener. Looking to put a door in the future and you can bet I'll be giving you a call. Another job I can see them doing in under 2 hours that may take me days. Keep up the good work!!
