I had such a great experience with this company. The crew scheduled to be at my home was running behind schedule and I was promptly called and informed of the change. When they arrived it was late and likely they already had a long day, yet their attitudes were outstanding. They diagnosed and explained the problem, had the equipment to make the fix and worked quickly and efficiently in the freezing cold. I would use them again and make any referral. Thank you.

I am currently only in town for 3 days and called to see if someone could help with my garage door opener; an appointment for the same day was made. Mike, the technician called to tell me he could come even earlier than planned, he found the electronic eyes needed replacement and he replaced them promptly in below zero weather. I contacted Precision when my garage door broke. The door was fixed temporarily, but a new door was ordered immediately, install arrangements were made within hours, and delivery and installation were made as promised. The biggest thing for me was the fantastic customer service, polite, professional, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Upon completion of the install, instructions were given on maintenance of the door with the installer showing us all the important parts of the door and its operation. Best service I've ever had in my life. Thank you!!

Thanks Precision Door! Your technician called when he was on the way so I could meet him. He showed me the problem and explained that he may not be able to repair it. He ended up upgrading the cable for me, which cost more that I hoped, but he was able to do it same day. He was very professional and able to work around my schedule when I needed to leave to pick up the girls.

Called at 8:30pm, and I had an appointment for the morning. Technician Mike Zahn was great, very professional, he showed me what he had discovered when he started taking the garage door hardware apart. Such as the damage that was being done from bad bearings, pulley issues and also what would/could cause future problems. I then decided to get your Torsion Package with the lifetime warranty. I would definitely if possible ask for Mike Zahn again and I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

In November we had our garage door fixed through your services and were satisfied. When this new problem occured we naturally thought of you. It was a bitter cold day and the young man who got out to us about 6:00 pm that evening. I knew he already had a full day of repair work under nasty conditions. He was just great! He found the problem promptly and was pleasant and informative to us throughout the process of repair. We are very satisfied.

The gentleman arrived and checked the door over even though it worked when he got there (of course I had not opened it for 3 days) he checked it over and told me I needed new rollers and explained why, the old ones were made of plastic and the metal rails would freeze and so would the rollers. He gave me the cost said he would have it fixed in 30 minutes and he did. The door opens and is so quiet now, he asked me why I called them, My neighbor had given me there name as he had used this company before. He said to be sure to call if I needed any thing else. Great job.

OUTSTANDING Quality & Customer Service! Precision Door is the ONLY Garage Door Company in the area that provides the option of factory custom painted garage doors!!! We are building a house and we went with cream colored trim which we love; however to find a garage door that matches exactly it was next to impossible to find and no other garage door company offers the factory custom painted garage door. The closest color to cream out there is Almond; however Almond has a yellowish tone to it and doesnâ??t match. I was fretting about it as I wanted the garage doors to match the trim on our house. Many of the other garage door companies told me that I could paint the door myself, but they did say they wouldnâ??t recommend it. I knew that wasnâ??t an option as garage doors arenâ??t meant to be painted and knew we would have issues with paint chipping etc. down the road. I then decided to give Precision Door a call as I had heard great things about them. When I called Karen the office manager inquiring about their garage doors and the fact that I was looking for a custom colored garage door she informed me that custom colored garage doors is an option! I was completely relieved as we were going back and forth with the possibility of having to change our trim color to white opposed to cream due to the garage doors. When I called to request a quote, the office manager, Karen was very helpful and asked what we were looking for and our budget, opposed to just shooting us a quote. I then informed Karen of what we wanted and she sent us several pictures of the different styles I had mentioned. Now that I knew we had the color figured out then we needed to figure out what kind of door we wanted to go with and the type of opener. Karen the office manager emailed me a few fact sheets which gave a description of each of my options. I then had a few additional questions and the Owner, Brian actually called me to discuss my options within my budgeted price. WOW â?? I was very impressed as Precision Door has quite the team! After figuring out the custom paint color, style of door and type of opener then I was introduced to Stu who came out to our house to take final measurements prior to the order being placed. Stu was outstanding, he was very professional and informative. Stu noticed on our order that we decided to go with the Chain Drive Opener and he highly suggested to us that we spend the little extra money and go with the belt drive instead of the chain drive opener. He said it is much quieter and it is truly worth the extra money. Stu was such a nice person and we could tell that he was just informing us and not pushing us to upgrade so we went with his suggestion. Now that our garage door order was placed with Precision Door our final step was install. Steve was our install guy and he was outstanding. The doors are absolutely beautiful and the custom paint color matches our trim perfectly, we couldnâ??t be happier! We went with the carriage style door and they completely make the front of our houseâ?¦..it is amazing how a garage door can either make or break the look of your house! Stu was right the belt drive is so unbelievably quiet it is amazing! Precision Door is off the charts compared to other garage door competitors around the area. I received quotes from 3 other garage door companies around our area and to be honest Precision Door was the highest price; however after speaking with the Owner, Brian and members of his team I quickly found out that other garage door companies quality was nowhere near Precision Door Quality & Service. Precision Door Quality & Customer Service from start to finish is off the charts!!
