I' d been having problems for a few weeks with the very erratic garage door opener. First the remotes didn't work then the wall control. I tried new batteries, but that didn't help. On Wed Sept 2 the door wouldn't open at all and I knew I had a problem and I wasn't sure what to do. Then I remembered looking through the Val-Pac mailer. There were 3 ads in it for openers and I chose yours based on 24/7 service installation and repairs and a local phone number. At about 2 PM, I called your number and explained my problem and scheduled an appointment between 4-6 PM that day. Josh was running early and called me to see if he could come at 3 PM, which was fine with me. I told him about the problems I'd been having. The Genie opener was the original opener that came with the house built around 1973. Josh checked out all the part of my system, explaining how they all work together to lift the door. Then he told me the different options available to me, what their costs would be and what promotions you were currently offering. I realize that you're in business to sell and install openers, but I was so impressed with his knowledge and his polite and courteous manner in answering all my questions, that I decided to replace not only the opener, but also have him install the Lifetime warranty parts package for "my peace of mind". Josh said he could fix tonight and that he had all the necessary parts on his truck. He worked in a very hot garage for hours, after 7 PM and then stayed to explain how the controls worked and even helped my program a code into the keypad. I felt compelled to let you know what as asset Josh is to your company and I hope you appreciate him. The world would be a much better place if there were more young men like him in it! The work was done in a timely manner. The staff was both kind and friendly. I understood that my garage door was older, but when you are not working, the last thing you want to hear is that you need a new garage door. I could have cried, but the gentleman fixed what I had and was kind about it.

Our garage door was binding and would not close at times. The service agent replaced the spring, installed nylon rollers, adjusted the settings. When Jim asked about the Stanley opener we had he was honest and said it would not need to replaced. He also explained to me ( wife) how and why the repairs were need. I do not remember his name but would like to give him a 5 star rating as much as Precision on handling our problem in a timely manner. To me they get 10 stars!

A bit expensive when all is said and done. I could've probably gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but I had would have to schedule the appointment for two days out. My garage door was stuck open and needed same day service. The three stars are all for Harris. He was awesome, quick, and efficient!

My mother had a broken spring on her garage door and unfortunately she never noticed and kept using the garage until the arm connected to the garage door and chain rail finally broke away from the garage door. Harris and Tony (Open wheel auto racing fan like me. High five to you!) came right on time and did a thorough job of explaining what needed to be done and what should be replaced despite the fact it was not broken. They had the job done in less than an hour and both men were extremely pleasant and a courteous. Both Harris and Tony were very personable yet professional. Jimmy King installed our new garage door and opener by himself. This surprised me because I thought a 7 x 16 garage door needed at least two people. I was wrong. And he did it. Looks great. Works great. Enjoyed meeting and talking to Jimmy, and appreciated his professionalism. Looking forward to never having to deal with a garage door for a long, long, long, long time. I called Precision to come look at my garage door as it was stopping at the wrong points during its open/close cycle, and there were some odd things going on with the electronics. The tech, Mike Gonyo, figured out the issues and explained what the different remedy options were without trying to pressure me into one option over another. I ended up deciding to just replace the opener, and get a few key repairs done on door bearings. I've done remodeling/construction work in the past. I could tell by reviewing Mikes work, and how he described things, the he is extremely competent. As far as I could tell, he did both the repairs and the install to a very high level of quality. He was also very good at explaining what he did, what to look out for in the future, and gave some very good maintenance tips. I chose Precision based on a coworker's recommendation, and based on my experience, I will absolutely recommend them to others in turn.
