Jason Masich called to let us know he was 1/2 hour away. Introduced himself and after inspecting the door laid out my options for door springs in an easy to understand low key manner. Very knowledgeable young man and got me operational in short order. I was a product manager for a door manufacturer for 25 years and I would recommend Precision Door and Jason for new and repair work. We originally bought our door from them and they're as great at Cusomer Service from Main Office to Door Techs now as they were 7 years ago. You can't go wrong with these folks.

We previously had a set of torsion springs installed by Precision and one of them failed a few days ago. 5 stars! You can out right away when spring broke. The new door is so much stronger than old one. Door closer mount and tracks are unmovable. Nick worked till almost 9 pm to meet the install time frame. No negatives at all

Don,t know what to say. I was very happy with everything. There was more repair needed than expected. The tech explained everything and showed me what was wrong. He answered all my questions and was just great. I would recomend this company highly. He needed to put new rollers,cable,bearings and track. They get a 5 star rating from me.

Just a thank you for a job well done. Your technician, Jason Masch, was here a little ahead of time, was polite, introduced himself, and let me show him what I thought was wrong. Then he explained to me what he was going to check. When he was done he told me what was wrong and what he replaced. He also showed me what he would recommend to be done also. I also liked your system of invoicing . Nice and clear with everything listed. Also, Precision was able to come out the same day to service my door. I would recommend Precision to anyone.

Service was quick, attempted up sell even quicker. All I needed on a 6 year old door was a new spring, after less than one minute the tech determined I need spring, rollers, cables and bearings to the tune of $900. Only the spring was replace and when door didn't close the whole way the tech recommended I needed parts for the opener( $189 )that was working fine just minutes before. I repaired the opener for $0.
As part of our service call we go thru a 25 point inspection and give you an overview of the condition of your door and operator. Your garage door is the largest moving part in your home and parts tend to wear over the years. We want you to make an informed decision based on our findings. I called the company that installed my door first and was told I would have to wait a couple days. I needed to get my car out of my garage today so I looked for another company and when I called Precision they said they would be there by 3pm and actually showed up at 2:30pm. The Sevicemen were very polite knew what they were doing and wasted no time completing the job. I would highly recommend them to a friend or family member!!!!!

I received a recommendation from my brother who lives in West Bend. Precision Door came highly recommended. My garage has been functioning without a working garage door opener since summer 2015. Stu came within the scheduled time, explained what he was going to do and got right to work. I like that. After he finished installing the new garage door opener, he called me outside to look things over. Then he explained that at some point the roller needed to be replaced on the actual door. Thankfully he had a set with him. Although I hadn't planned on having anything else done and hadn't saved the funds for it, I gave the go-ahead to replace the rollers. Everything works beautifully and I can't believe I went this long without a working opener. Thank you Precision!

Technician was scheduled between 6pm & 8pm arrived around 6pm he was professional installed 2 new springs and completely checked the entire door operation. Very polite! The last company I used installed the wrong springs last year and now is out of business. You're service tech was excellent.

The service man Stu was very knowledgable about what repair was needed to correct the problem. Very thorough with explanations. He was able to quickly assess the opener, determine the problem and probable source that caused the malfunction and made the necessary repairs in an efficient manner. He replaced rollers and adjusted the springs, as well. The door now works smoothly and quietly. Very pleased with the service. 5 stars for the rating!
